had to replace black ink cartridge 1st 2 days

I could not re attach. took printer in to best buy and they replaced with a new printer but said that that fulfilled 2yr warranty i had purchased and if i want this new printer covered had to purchase new warranty

Great printer for everything but photos

I have only printed a couple of pictures and maybe I didn't have it set right but when I tried it with glossy paper it worked poorly, producing a mess of ink. When I used more of a flat paper, the results were better. Still, for the money, it is a great buy.
