So far it is working fine. I had to call Brother to help me set it up but after that it has been working fine.

This is a replacement for the same printer I had that got struck by lightning. Didn't want to buy anything else because it works so well.

I bought this machine for my business and have had an overall great experience using it.

I have always used/installed HP Printers without any issues. This Brother MCF-9130 simply would not install even after troubleshooting at the Brother Website. I took back to Best Buy to install the drive to no avail. I could have had the Geek Squad come to the House, however, that was an additional $129 charge. Enough, I returned this product to the BBY Store without a problem.

I bought the printer last month and I'm very happy with it because it's very easy to work with it .

I look the printer it does everything and more that I need. I have not tried photos yet but that will be next. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wanted color without expensive ink. This printer works great. Hopefully the tone will last. Plan to by aftermarket toner cartidges.

So far no problems. Works great! Unlike my other epson printer where you have to change the ink cartridges every orher page that you print.

I love the fact that it is a color multipurpose printer. The touchscreen is great. The only thing I dislike is how bulky it is. It takes up too much space.

I was tired of printers not lasting so I decided to step up to the plate and buy something with more substance for our home office use.

I didn't like it one bit. Had to return it . Soooo slooooow and the quality was ok.

I knew it was a laser before I bought it, but the sample print tricked me into thinking that maybe they were better than they used to be. The colors are just incredibly dull compared to an inkjet, and generally don't come anywhere close to matching what you see on your monitor. If you're looking for accurate color reproduction, look elsewhere!

I purchased one 3/4 years ago. I need to replace the feed system. But they are so cheap right now that it was easier to buy a new one.

The lack of automatic duplex printing makes this printer short on features. Why even advertise duplex printing if you have to re-insert the paper to print it on the otherside

Only thing it lacks is auto 2 side printing,having to remove the pages and reinsert them to print on other side is a short coming.

I had looked at HP as well as Brother and found this unit to make the most sense for me. It's efficient and cost effective.
