I STILL haven't been able to get it too connect wirelessly. The plan/steps to make this happen are confusing and complex. Scan??? How does it work? I'm disgusted.

My overall thoughts on this item is it is a good printer the connection to my apple sometimes drops off and I have to reconnect but otherwise I like it

To heavy, does not perform true double side printing; one has to manually flip pages and re-enter in paper tray.

I bough this printer to print on both side of the printer but was misinformed that it does, alas had to return it for a Cannon Printer

It's a color laser all in one, it does everything okay, but nothing fantastic. For an all-in-one it does what I wanted.

Ink cartridges expensive. Doesn’t photo copy well. Color pages seem to fade easily.

I bought this because it is a laser printer but now I'm not sure if this was the best for my business use.

It does the job but the wifi had issues at first. I'm also bummed ti doest have duplicate print.

This printer is just fair. NOT designed for any heavy usage.

When I purchased a new laptop recently I decided to upgrade my printer fax machine to a color laser model. The Brother looked like a nice design and price was comparable to others so I figured "why not". After opening the box I found the first answer. It's such an old model it does not even come packed with Windows 10 software. Windows 8 is the last version recognized in the instruction book and included software disc. Meaning you are on your own trying to make this thing work. After 2 days of struggling I did get it working with the desktop computer it is wired to, but never could figure out how to make it work wirelessly with the laptop and tablets also in the office. As far as I can tell that's never going to happen. Recommendation: don't buy this printer.

great home office helper. a bit slow sometimes specially scanning

The first time I use it to print on new days I have to turn off and on to get it to work, or if it sits for too long I have too. Now it's not working period after only 4 weeks. Need to take on to get fixed.

Extremely disappointing. Almost impossible to print envelopes. Claims to be jammed 20 times out of 21. You MAY get lucky once in a while. Also, back of printer has to be opened to retrieve envelope so requires a huge amount of desktop space. I regret this purchase and may just throw it in the church rummage sale and buy a real printer.

The quality is decent, but thw processing time is very slow.

Purchased this to replace an older Epson all-in-one. Setup was easy. Photo quality was poor and the ink smeared all over the inside of the printer on first use so returned it for an Epson all-in-one printer and purchased a photo printer to meet my needs for photo quality.

We keep having trouble keeping the printer connected to the network.

I bought this printer to replace the same exact printer. The first one lasted a less than three years. The second one lasted less than a year. Luckily, I had a warranty and returned it. I gave up on these printers, and replaced with a different brand.

I only kept it in hopes it would improve with use but it never did. After a year it had begun to print lightly and I ended up just putting it on the shelf. It has been there on vacation ever since... What a complete waste of money.

This printer fails me on a regular basis. The blue tooth only worked intermittently, so I hardwired it and it doesn't fail as often, but it just forgets what it's doing half the time. I have to restart it on a regular basis and would not ever get a Brother again. Dinosaur technology.

Its slower that what I thought, Its a good size and easy to use.
