Great printer scan copier and fax, color, easy set up and efficient

This is my first home color laser printer. It is very easy to use. Although not recommended for high quality color photos, it is great for everyday color and black and white use. I have only had it for about 1 1/2 months, but so far, I am very happy with it and think it will be significantly less expensive to use than my old inkjet printer.

This is one of those all-in-one LASER printers. Good quality print, excellent functionality. Once it warms up the print speed is good. Lasts long and is perfect for home office.

Replaced a Canon and HP all in one ink jets with the Brother. Works great, connected easily and stays connected. All wireless devices connect with ease to the printer. Prints clean and fast. Much better than any of the inkjets. Seems that it will also be more cost effective. If you want to print pictures, I would use a dedicated printer for pics.

I like this all in 1 printer/scanner/copier. Little tricky to set up wireless use if you aren’t totally tech savvy esp when trying to scan. Husband figured it out tho. Also had to change print quality setting on laptop to get good clear pics. Now that I’ve got it a set up I’m happy with it!

Brother has amazing online support of drivers even for its legacy printers which never seems to to stop unlike so many other manufacturers. This class of printer keeps getting a smaller footprint, lighter weight, better functionality, better working, faster printing, better color and less costly over the years. Go Brother!

Windows 10 sucks when it comes to working with various 4 in 1 printers with QB. This was the 3rd printer as windows 10 doesn't / won't work with multiple devices - actually had to take printers & computer in & service tickets opened with each mfg due to issue. so far pleased with this one

I shopped the product before purchasing. Good black and white and color. The print is sharp and the fonts crisp. With new technology it will take me awhile to get used to the thin fonts. Please make MFP without fax options. This may lower the price slightly. I have not sent a fax in over 10 years.

For home use I highly recommend this printer. It has good print quality and I found it easy to set up. The user manual has an extraordinary amount of information on setting it up, most of which is not needed. I simply connected it to the wireless network and used the native printer set up tools on our home computers and it worked like a charm. I've had no issues printing from computers or devices, network scanning works fine, and the setup was fairly simple. The only minor negative is that on one or two occasions the printer was "asleep" and didn't print. There are settings for this and after I adjusted them haven't had further issues. So if you're looking for a good laser printer that prints reasonably fast, go for it.

Setup was easy and the printer checks for updates to make sure it works regularly. Color and laser together really make it great, especially if you take long breaks between printing you just have to shake the cartridge. Starter black goes quick so buy another full cartridge right away.

It has streamlined my business paperwork tremendously. Love the fact I don't have to keep a stack of paper on printer to refill it every thirty min. It's a beast of a machine though. Love that I can print straight from phone.

I’ve only had this printer for about a month but it has been reliable so far. Print quality is good. Like other reviews I would agree that it has a somewhat difficult time with card stock type papers, they have to be fed one sheet at a time.

I have purchased this printer twice now. Once for my previous job and now again for my current one. It is truly an all on one printer. I love the quality of printing it does in black and white and color. Best printer out there. It’s a work horse.

It doesn't do a really crisp print although I have to admit I use the toner save mode which may effect the result. I haven't tried it for pictures so I can't comment on that. I don't like how hard it is to tray feed labels without the tray and I often have to make several attempts to get it to grab the paper. It Either says that there is a jam or to insert paper. I immediately turned off the voice due to it being extremely annoying. All in all, it is a good little and fairly inexpensive printer that does the job I need it to do. I have had many good experiences with brother printers and don't expect less out of this one.

This was my first brother laser printer and I will never use another brand. I’ve always used hp inkjet and always had problems. This one is easy to set up and use!

Works great. Can connect in almost any way, including over wifi. Scanning works double sided! Only complaint is the manual feeder has no shelf. You have to hold it in manually for some labels. Double-sided printing is also excellent.
