    Set up was easy. It’s wireless so I’m able to print from my cellphone and lap top. This is my second Brothers printer. It lasted a good 5+ years. My new one has everything I need for home use. Have had no problems so far. Great product!

    Very satisfied with this printer from Brothers. Its much better than the HP printer that cost over $100 more that I previously had before this one. Easy to setup, Print from your phone, PC, tablets, laptops with ease. Printing in color looks very good as well. Ink refills are very affordable. No regrets with this purchase.

    I was able to set it up simply and everything works exactly the way they promised it woyld. My only challenge is that i tried to rest my password recently on the brother app and gor some reason have not had success. However the printer works perfectly without the app so im a happy camper.

    Seems to be a nice all-in-one printer, but it has problems. Customer service is over 2 hr. wait and they do not call you back as they say they will. Unable to update firmware online; only errors. This unit has problems/hassles and not worth the $79.99 I paid for it. Will probably return since there is no real customer service; I don't trust Brother much anymore.

    Better than I anticipated, prints great, copies are identical to original, ink cartridges work well. I signed up for the ink subscription as well and have been happy with that. Will repurchased again if mine every kicks the bucket
