I needed a color printer as an alternate to my Brother Laser B/W printer for the few dozen times a month I need something printed in color. The WIFI setup was easy. But the website for the rest of the setup didn't do anything. So I haven't actually used it for copying or scanning. But for printing it works well and the colors come out clean and sharp. Although when set to it's 'Best' color quality it is very slow. But for infrequent usage and for the price I can wait 60 seconds or so for each page.

Very easy setup and works great. Unlike HP who needs an app for everything, this is easy to use.

This printer works great! I can print shipping labels, photos, and regular 8.5 x 11 pages with ease.

Good printer for black and white or color printing, a little noisy but it gets the job done.

Replaced similar Brothers printer that lasted for almost 7 years. It was not compatible with windows 11. Had trouble getting the scan feature on this printer to work. Enlisted assistance and all is well now.

works great with my MacBook, but not clear how to connect to Chromebook

We just print black and white documents mostly - well even though we don't use the Magenta, Yellow, or Cyan cartridges, they progressively get lower until the printer says they're out, regardless of the fact that we've never used them. It's weird, but it's fine - we don't print in color anyway. EXCEPT for one issue... The printer REFUSES to print in black and white if you're out of ANY of the other 3 colors. Even though it doesn't need those colors to print with black ink. I've tried turning off "print in color" and setting printer settings to Black and White or grayscale - this doesn't solve the problem. To print in all black, you must buy Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow cartridges. I'll never buy another Brother printer again. That's just anti-consumer business practices to stuff their pockets with my money for items I don't need. Disgusting. What's the lifetime profit of one customer? Deduct that from you next income statement - you lost a customer for life. I'd rather spend the money to buy a new printer than give in to oppressive anti-consumer business practices. Thanks but no thanks.

Customer Service and Product was excellent. The printer was exactly what I was expecting.

It took me 45 minutes to set up wireless connection, but then printer worked great, good quality repro of color prints & text. Order was received a day ahead of time!

Love my printer, easy to set up and use I would recommend for the average printer user. It does run out of ink faster than my old HP printer but it is much easier to use and is smaller in size-perhaps that is the reason.
