Only a few weeks old, but a great buy and works great. Now sure I could of asked for more fro the price.

Use only black & white ink printer for our small office needs

This printer is great for small spaces. I especially like that it has a paper drawer in the front so I can put it where I have a shelf above it and not worry about having to feed the paper from the back. The installation was ok. However, the biggest reason I am not giving it a higher rating is that the ink level is decreasing even though I'm not printing much. I've heard that this happens with inket printers because the ink dries out, but I haven't experienced it with previous inkjet printers that I've had.

It was easy to connect and I can print from my phone from anywhere in the house.

I have had all the major printers and the brother printer is the best I have had.

setup very quick and easily and the software is easy to use.

This printer is difficult to set up and try to understand how to get it to print. It takes itself offline after every print and i have a hard time getting it to come back online. When it prints or copies or scans, the quality is great. I still cannot get it to send a fax. It says everything is set up proper, but the fax just wont go through to anyone.

easy rec at its price point. doesnt take expensive ink like my old epson printer did.

Everyone in house loved this printer until one night when 2 essays had to be printed out. The printer would start, and nothing would be on the paper. Nothing but blank paper even after all 1800 numbers were called and troubleshooting was exhausted . The printer was the easiest to set up and the kids loved the wifi ease of printing assignments from their phone. Sucks i had it like 60 days & only used it 30 . I have to take it in and get looked at.
