Very good and print excellent and fast. Much faster than my last printer.

I bought this printer 10 months ago. I started getting error messages saying my yellow ink was low when I almost exclusively print B&W. I have used nearly no yellow ink. Customer service told me the printer uses ink during maintenance, even when it is idle. The error message pops up every few seconds and obstructs my view of the screen. Customer service told me there was no way to stop the pop-up error message without replacing the low ink cartridge. Also, there is no way to test that the ink level reader. No way to tell if replacing the ink cartridge would truly correct the problem. But, I was told I could still print B&W. When I followed the chat agent's directions, it would not print in B&W. I want to send a written complaint to someone who would read it; the chat agent told me the only way to write a complaint was to write on the survey that popped up after out chat. Before the chat ended, and while I was still writing, the chat agent ended the chat. The fact that the printer does not print unless all ink cartridges are inserted and have useable ink, it uses ink even when idle, it does not even print in B&W when a color ink cartridge is low, the information I was given was wrong, the problems explained above were not in the product information, there is no way to register a complaint other than the online survey after the chat and the chat agent ended the chat before I was finished prompted me to write this review and give the printer 2 stars. The only redeeming qualities are that if you have all of the cartridge holders holding Brother ink cartridges and the ink cartridges are read as having adequate ink, you can print. If all of those conditions are not met, it will not print.

Great printer for the price. We bought this on sale as well. But, it does exactly what its advertised (no ink runs, no jams, etc)

I’ve been using Brother MFC Machines for over a decade now. Perfect for the small business and with the new Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription service, I feel you save on Money. Inkjets need to be used monthly so the ink doesn’t dry out our clog the print heads. The monthly costs sure does save based on your printing habits. My last MFC was 12 years old. It would’ve kept going but I needed an upgrade. If you’re on a budget and want a great all in one then check this model out. You’ll thank me.

Written instructions and info on printer screen made settling up the printer easy to do . Print, copy and scan functions operate flawlessly.Print quality, which can be adjusted, is very good.

This inexpensive All-in-One was easy enough set up and prints and scans fine. The screen is rather small and difficult to read but not to necessary after initial set up. To early to gauge ink usage.

Solid, no nonsense printin' that will set you free. So glad to be away from hp products.

This printer does a beautiful job! I Love it! Whether it's labels, copies, etc. The prints come out clear and the labels do not smudge! Would absolutely recommend this printer

Brother all in one printer is a great option for printing wifi or network installations

Linux Ubuntu 20.04, it just works. Super easy to get Ubuntu to see it (wi-fi) and print to it. I should have switched to Brother long ago. Wi-fi setup is wonky. Go to Settings->Network->WLan, 2.5ghz only, enter your SSID and pwd. Print quality and speed are excellent for an ink jet.

This is a great printer. Its better than the hp printer that just broke. I had the hp for 4 years customer service was horrible. And i could never get the pri ter to work from my computer when i nedded it to. This brother printer prints as requested every time. It works so well i havent needed to call customer service. Set up was easy and i havent run out of the free ink yet.
