Decent printer, I have not used it extensively since I am a light printer but time will tell. I noticed that it does not shake like my previous Hp. Scanning take unacceptable long though.

Great printer. Easy to use and works well. I chose this Brother printer because my son bought this model quite a few years ago and his is still working, and has never had any problems. I highly recommend this product!!!

So far so good but the proof is in longevity. Cost effective and easy to use. Other printers have disappointed so i'm hoping this will last.

Replaced old HP with this new Brother model. Huge upgrade in performance and ease of operation. Lots of new features. And best of all, a super sale price, less than $100.00!

Used since Nov 2024 with no issue. Easy setup and still using the supplied started ink cartridges. The text is not as sharp as my HP was but acceptable for my use

Excellent machine for basic printing. Have not attempted to make any type of photos though. Love the Bluetooth connection with my phone and the ink already included seems the last good decent amount of time.

Great value for the price! Researching other top brands, this is the only one with nearly 5 stars. No issues since purchasing, and I'm using their ink subscription which is working out well.

This printer functions quickly and it’s the best printer I’ve ever used. Would definitely recommend!

a good machine for all your needs, clear and beautiful print

Nice little printer for the price. However, does not have all the capabilities i was looking for. The description states its two sided printing. However it is not capable of copying and scanning two side to two sided from the feeder tray. You have to manually scan the two sides using the the glass. This is very inconvenient when trying to print 2 sided documents in a hurry. Overall it was easy to set up and if you only need to print small jobs and one sided documents this printer is the qay to go.

We just print black and white documents mostly - well even though we don't use the Magenta, Yellow, or Cyan cartridges, they progressively get lower until the printer says they're out, regardless of the fact that we've never used them. It's weird, but it's fine - we don't print in color anyway. EXCEPT for one issue... The printer REFUSES to print in black and white if you're out of ANY of the other 3 colors. Even though it doesn't need those colors to print with black ink. I've tried turning off "print in color" and setting printer settings to Black and White or grayscale - this doesn't solve the problem. To print in all black, you must buy Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow cartridges. I'll never buy another Brother printer again. That's just anti-consumer business practices to stuff their pockets with my money for items I don't need. Disgusting. What's the lifetime profit of one customer? Deduct that from you next income statement - you lost a customer for life. I'd rather spend the money to buy a new printer than give in to oppressive anti-consumer business practices. Thanks but no thanks.

This printer is very slow to print. Literally takes 10 minutes to print a photo. Was not easy to set up. Took 3 hours to get it to connect to my wifi. Finally, I got it to connect. The quality of the finished product is very good. Ink lasts a long time, despite some of the other reviews which said it ran out quickly. They are either drama queens or they were high. I would consider buying it again based on the price which was good.

I've never gone wrong with brother. Best printer at this price point I've ever owned. It is extremely responsive. It prints very nicely. It doesn't force me into proprietary ink with chips.

So far so good. No problems printing. The app is good. Sometimes disconnects.
