Though it is kinda loud, I have gotta say, this thing is pretty fast at printing, copying etc. And holds more paper than my previous HP printer. And it has not lost connection once. My previous HP model, dropped connections to the cell phones quite often and even lost connection to the laptops quite often. From day one. the HP was a printing nightmare.

Works great, easy to set up and very quiet. It’s also compact so it doesn’t take up much space.

It was easy to setup and install the software on the computer. Bluetooth is helpful for other devices.

This is exactly what I needed. It is slightly heavier than other printers that I have owned, but still not strenuous. It is user friendly, prints quickly, and performs all of the tasks that is necessary for printing, scanning, wireless printing, and faxing. I highly recommend given the quality and the price.

Prints great and can’t beat the price. Not crazy about the printer communicating with the company sharing your printing usage.

My previous Brother printer, an older model, lasted a long time. This printer is updated, similar in function, but much faster. It's very easy to use and setup.

My Lexmark eco tank would no longer take ink, no fix, so needed a new printer. Found this one on sale and decided to take a chance. Set up on this was so easy, it almost set itself up. Nice being able to see on-line ink levels that are correct.

This is a great little printer with excellent print quality, reasonable speed and easy to set up. I highly recommend it for personal home use and/or home office use.

Has every feature you could need in a home office. Scan to email, wifi direct print. Double sided printing and scanning. The brother ink is significantly less expensive than HP ink and seems to last just as long. Installing the drivers at setup is the only thing that was slow or takes a bit to figure out. All around perfect printer.

Very easy to set up and use. Cartridges are very easy to remove and insert. Use at home for copying downloaded educational material and the print and pictures look very good. Have not used it for photographs. Would recommend

I love this printer! I was having issues with my old one and needed an upgrade and this one has been great! I’m giving it 4 stars because it wasn’t real easy to set up, mainly the paper area and Wi-Fi were confusing but YouTube was my friend and I got it set up. I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far so good! Once figured out, everything else is smooth sailing.

Great printer for the money. Does everything you need it to pretty darn well. It may be a budget printer but works like a charm. It can go through ink pretty quickly but for basic printing needs and not for daily use it lasts long enough.

If you are looking for an inexpensive printer this Brother inkjet printer may be the ONE. I have had it for a month and it has met my needs. I tend to print or scan something once or twice a week. Over the decades I have had three mid level priced and one expensive all-in-one home printers/scanner/FAX machines. All machines WILL fail mechanically, get software bugs or go off the rails. But it seems these inevitable failures are fast tracked so expensive items are not worth it. So I am trying a highly rated inexpensive (slow) printer. To date: Pros : Price. Higher/good rating by Consumer Reports. Cons: It prints slower than mid level or expensive printers. But that is a known characteristic and because of price.
