I've never gone wrong with brother. Best printer at this price point I've ever owned. It is extremely responsive. It prints very nicely. It doesn't force me into proprietary ink with chips.

Easier setup, can connect to all devices at home. Easy of setup

So far so good! I’ve been able to print things for my circuit and create print and cut projects! So usefully for everyday school/work necessities

I have this printer for 10 months now, the ink cartridges that came with it were great. Set up with wireless connection was easy, but typing the password on the tiny screen is a challenge. It prints well and fast. So 2 stars for that. I’ve only changed the CY and B, so far since then. My issues are: 1. The paper feeder can be cumbersome to get in and out especially when I have to print back to back. I have to manually feed the paper for this. 2. There is no feature for paper custom size. I sometimes print in papers that are not usually common. My previous Epson had this feature and I didn’t realize that this Brother printer don’t support that feature. 3. The INK!!! can be so difficult to find… wherever!!! either at Brother’s website, BestBuy or Amazon. I have been waiting for a restock on the black ink for 2 months. And here I am, left with a good printer without the black ink. But what is a good printer without it?!?! And the ine and only seller in Amazon are selling the black ink twice the regular MSRP. ☹️ Which I would rather use my money for a new printer. I don’t really recommend this printer if you are going to use it more often because you will just be frustrated with it not having inks in stock. I am planning to look for another brand of printer soon.

So far so good - quick and easy to connect, and I love the ADF for multi-page scans or copies. No issue printing envelopes, something that caused me great angst with my former HP that recently died.

I've always bought hp printers and this is a good replacement since I've been having issues with hp.

I love it. I do a two page Christmas letter every year and this printer was easier to set up and figure out paper input to get double sided. It does make a lot of noise compared to my old one!

Simplicity of setup & affordable price point were the driving factors for this purchase. Having been a previous Brother consumer, I am partial to this product line.

I had a more expensive HP printer.... that thing gave me a headache and it was evil Brother printer was so much cheaper, prints a lot faster, has never locked me out of making copies

Works well and was priced nicely. In stock and easy to pick up.

The Brother app worked great for adding this printer to the wifi. Trying to do it manually was actually much harder. Driver was easy to load on laptop and everything works great.

Replaced similar Brothers printer that lasted for almost 7 years. It was not compatible with windows 11. Had trouble getting the scan feature on this printer to work. Enlisted assistance and all is well now.

I last printer was a brother's and it is great. Move it to my husband's office. I got this one because it was a brother's and had everything I wanted. It is working wonderful.

Replacement for Canon mx410 printer. So far works great. Easy setup, happy with the results.

Love my printer, easy to set up and use I would recommend for the average printer user. It does run out of ink faster than my old HP printer but it is much easier to use and is smaller in size-perhaps that is the reason.

It's a good printer. The one downside is that it is a little slow.

The sales representative reviewed several options. Helpful in me selecting the best printer for my needs.
