No Ethernet cable option for network printing only wifi or USB. Quirky controls with no touch screen controls. Overall very happy mainly due to the features available for only $99.

I like that the ink storage is in the front right side of the printer. Just beware that i had a hard time trying to find out how to connect this to PC. You're need to lift the top door and you'll find the USB connection to PC. Also note that finding ink was a little hard to find. Best Buy and the Brother website were both sold out, but of course Amazon had them in stock and i just ordered.

However, I'm making up for the value buying ink! You are limited to the Brother ink NO Generics. Amazon does carry it thought I stick with the basics (print, copy and PDF) To receive updates, you are required to enter the password that is on the BACK of the printer. WHAT?? I'll avoid Brother next time.

Using non-Brother supplies may affect the hardware performance, print quality and machine reliability. The Brother limited warranty may not apply to any problem that is caused by the use of third-party supplies. The only negative is I have a Mac and it does not appear to come with software that will allow you to crop photos, which is a bit silly. But besides that, all is good.
