||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this printer was a huge pain to connect to wireless, printed two documents, and then demanded a refill of ink to work anymore. i didn’t want to get a subscription, so bought a refill at the office store locally, and it lasted for ONE WEEK with about five print jobs. the machine won’t work without so much effort. doesn’t stay connected to wifi. the subscription is expensive and absurd, and the machine won’t just PRINT stuff. so annoying. threw it out. literally.

It seems that this is why the cost is cheap but without ink to print so why have it then?

It having a scanner is one of the reasons I bought this unit and then to find out it is terrible was disappointing. As far as I'm concerned it was a wasted feature. Scanning photos is blurring and grainy and if I had known it I wouldn't have bought it. Otherwise the printer is ok.

Okay for light printing needs

It will be ok for very light printing needs. I wouldn't trust to do more than that, though. The plastic parts feel flimsy. I would recommend this printer for occasional, light household use.
