Expected better performance and operation.

I do not appreciate being forced to purchase HP inks when there might be a MORE AFFORDABLE ink product of equal or possibly better quality. My HP printer just shuts down or will not produce a clean legible copy until HP product inks are re-installed. Isn't that considered a monopoly? Now i will be shopping HP right alongside the other brands including a previous popular favorite, the Brother products. Formally LOYAL Fan of HP

PATIENCE SETTING UP

Also will not allow you to sign up for the "free" 6 mo of ink. Oh and if you have a iphone, it wont accept pics also cannot connect with Safari on their website.

Brother’s customer service said sorry, check back in several weeks. Amazon sells black ink in a set with color ink, which is a waste of course if you print primarily documents.
