    I bought this at Staples. This is the worst printer! Put in a NEW cartridge and five printed pages later it says it's low on ink and won't print! This happened multiple times. Have to clean heads every time before printing to get a print and not a blank sheet of paper. I have owned Brother products in the past, but I'm done. Will never buy another Brother product again. Someone on the Staples website wants to start a class action lawsuit. That's how bad this printer is. The only way Brother can assist me, is to give me a refund for this printer and ink.

    Disappointing set up. I'm returning the product.

    The printer is difficult to program. The panel to setup is awkwardly positioned and too small for what its designed for.

    DON'T BUY

    I think this is the worst printer I've ever had. It runs through the ink so much and I don't know why. I print only text and after 10 pages single sided w/ text only, the ink is already half way done. Please avoid this printer if you want something long term or to be used for even a year or so. This think only lasted me a few days. Wish I could return it but it was already over the return time window.

    Ink cartridges get clogged

    Junk, ink cartridges get clogged. You have to run maintenance all the time to get any kind of print quality. DON'T BUY! Brothers, you got a free $200.00 from me for this piece of crap. Lousy business

    This printer had everything I was looking for in an all in one but I returned it after finding out that Brother does not have black ink cartridges available for this printer. If you buy this you will be stuck with a useless printer after your black ink finishes. Huge fail by Brother. Do not buy!

    Avoid this printer

    Nothing but a problem since we bought it. It sucks up ink. Both the b&w and color images are always too light. And, yes, we do know how to make adjustments and have done so. Worst of all is the s-l-o-w speed, constantly needing resetting/readjustments. Very unhappy with this purchase.

    We purchased this printer on 12/27/22. As of 03/17/23, the black refills are unavailable anywhere or from anyone. After 250 copies, you will not be able to use this printer-99.95 piece of junk. But BB and Brother are still selling them. SHAME on THEM!

    This company has been out of black ink for months even when you contact brother directly i couldn't get ink amd bought after market ink and machine gave issues. Dumped it in a month and bought a hp printer

    Not worth buying

    Received a printer and for some reason it doesn’t want to register the ink cartridges. I bought new ink cartridges and still same problem. It keeps telling me to install the ink cartridges after installing them.
