Been using this for about a year. Print quality is fine for home use and it’s been reliable. Ink can be expensive and it’s not the fastest, but no major problems overall.

EASY TO INSTALL. I USE NON-BRAND INK WHICH IS CHEAPER. IF THAT ULTIMATELY HURTS THE MACHINE IT IS CHEAP ENOUGH TO BUY ANOTHER VERSUS PAYING FOR EXPENSIVE INK. HAS A FAX (WHICH IS BECOMING RARE).

I love my new Brother Printer, MFC-J1010DW. It had an amazing sale price. It is so easy to set up and the price for the ink is so reasonable, a true bargain!

We have been needing a new one for quite some time. Our last one was a brother so we went with this one. Has been excellent so far!

I was in need of a printer/ scanner that I could throw in the back seat of my truck to take to customers sites! This printer does everything I need it to do plus is very durable. Makes my jobs a lot easier and faster to upload all my documents to backup folders.

Bought to replace a very similar 10 year old Brother All in One. Setup was easy, printing was fine, but trying to fax two 20 page documents using the ADF took 26 tries... Jammed paper, skipped pages, over and over despite following all the instructions and suggestions. I never had any problem with the other Brother so I was unprepared--and realllllly frustrated. I'm hoping it was a matter of paper thickness and if I use a higher quality paper that's also not so slick next time it might not be an issue. I'm happy with the printer for daily use and since I don't have to send such large documents very often, it meets my needs. I do miss the older version of the top that closed over the ADF feeder though, to make a solid surface that kept dust and cat hair out. I'm using a storage box lid to cover it when not in use; just the right size if anyone else might have the same issue...

Replacing an old printer from a different brand. The old one had terrible first page print time. This Brother is quick! Even if the printer has been off for some time. Print quality is excellent! Great option for the price!

This Brother printer represents a solid value for everyday printing needs. The wireless capability is a great tool as well.

This printer has worked well for me. I bought it to work from home. It was easy to set up, came with the ink cartages, and prints fast. The price was right and I enjoy Brother brand printers overall, as I have used them in the past. I would buy it again and recommend it.

This is a fine quality budget printer that can and does connect wirelessly with a T-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway device for printing/scanning. That's important, since that wasn't the case regarding my previous other brand's model.

Ok printer, if you need to print a few documents. Ink cartridges only print 200 pages. I had to buy a better printer to save on ink.

Printer works great. Fast and clear printing and easy to setup. Good use for at home but not for an office probably. Overall great quality for the price.

It’s not too big and not too small, looks good in our home office! No issues at all! I’m in love with it! It prints well.. super easy to set up and I can print directly from my phone.

As a product, it's a good printer. I bought my first one from Amazon, and it lasted for 7 years. I paid 89.00 dollars for it so I think it was a decently good product to get 7 years out of it, however, there are some newer models/printers by different manufacturers that offer a tiny bit less expensive when it comes to refills of ink cartridges. After it went out of order, I purchased another one, but not from the same manufacturer. I do however do not not recommend it. Again it's a good value for the money. Decent printer.

Works well and fast. Replaced my old Brother printer that was well over ten years old and worn out. I hope this lasts as long.

I would have rated this printer a 5 out of 5 but it has been extremely difficult to find printer ink. The printer itself is awesome! Easy to connect too and the quality of the printer is great.

Great printer at a great price. Easy setup. Lots of bells and whistles, for quick and easy copying, scanning, printing. To my knowledge the only printer on the market that allows use of refurbished ink cartridges.
