Easy to set up for wireless connection. Good price. Replacing a previous Brother printer that I’ve had for several years and provided excellent print quality.

This printer is fairly easy to set up and has remained connected with my computer, phone and tablet. So far it's working much better than the one I replaced, so I'm happy to have purchased this Brother printer.

This printer is efficient and small, but not the one you want for printing artwork or such. I use it primarily for paperwork and it does that wonderfully.

I carefully researched all brands before deciding on the Brother printer. So far, everything is going well with this printer. The ink cartridges are easy to insert and they do not have those annoying orange plastic things that used to break my fingernails as I struggled to remove them. The printing is crisp, clear, and fast. I am quite pleased with this printer.

Love my printer, easy to set up and use I would recommend for the average printer user. It does run out of ink faster than my old HP printer but it is much easier to use and is smaller in size-perhaps that is the reason.

Though it is kinda loud, I have gotta say, this thing is pretty fast at printing, copying etc. And holds more paper than my previous HP printer. And it has not lost connection once. My previous HP model, dropped connections to the cell phones quite often and even lost connection to the laptops quite often. From day one. the HP was a printing nightmare.

I purchased the Brothers MFC-J1010DW printer about two weeks ago and so far very satisfied. I had a little trouble with the set up , some of it was my problem and some was a little confusing. After the initial set up, things were quite easy to use and the print quality is very good. The best thing is their refresh program for the ink. I signed up right away, even though I don’t do a lot of printing. In the past, I would generally replace my ink cartridges on my old canon about every eight or nine months. With the refresh subscription, I don’t have to worry about printing in color or not because they have already sent me a new set of cartridges, even though I barely started to use it. I am on their occasional use plan for only $1.99 a month. You can change anytime if you think you need more than the 25 copies that it allows. at my current usage level that will cost me about $20 to change to new cartridges. Couldn’t be happier.

Updated Brother Printer. It’s a very basic printer but works great. Fast printing, copying and scanning. Love Brother printers.

Pro: way better than my HP; doesn’t get trapped in proprietary dead ends like HP does; Lots of features; great value; Set up on first laptop was easy and seamless; great size; high quality document printouts; desktop icon very user friendly; nice paper capacity; doc feeder works very good at this price point Con: when in standby mode, no indicator LED to know to shut down for extended away; display is a bit small, clumsy and way too crowded; seems like non needed button presses required to accomplish some things; set up on second laptop went sideways and needed Gk Sq help to unravel; online instructions for some 2 sided features needs to be clearer;

Compact. Good print and color quality for this price range. Was suggested by the Best Buy associate. Very pleased so far.

I've had other brands and the quality of Brother printers compared to other brands is superior. Some of the things I like, are the speed of printing and the multifunctional capabilities of the printer. I like that, it's wireless and can be hardwired at the same time. I can fax, scan and make copies on the printer. Not to mention the app works great on my Android phone. And even if I don't install the app, my phone has great default printer propertie, which work well with brother printers. But I don't like that this printer is color. If it only came in black that would allow people to purchase less ink instead of having to purchase all colors, just to print in black only. I had my previous one for about 8 years.

For the price , I am quite impressed. This printer is exactly what I needed in my office for daily usage. Prints very good. No issues at all.

I bought this for a second computer at a vacation home. It works great! Easy go install and the print quality is as good as my laser printer. I would buy it again!!

Works great, easy to set up and very quiet. It’s also compact so it doesn’t take up much space.

Setup was extremely easy. Just follow the prompts on the screen. WiFi works well. Haven’t had a problem connecting.
