Has every feature you could need in a home office. Scan to email, wifi direct print. Double sided printing and scanning. The brother ink is significantly less expensive than HP ink and seems to last just as long. Installing the drivers at setup is the only thing that was slow or takes a bit to figure out. All around perfect printer.

For over a year now this printer has been working great! Uses ink about the same as others we’ve had. But rarely jams and has stayed on line.

This is my second Brother printer. They easily set up the same and even look the same. I don't do a lot of printing and this Brother printer is as good as the last one I had. Good print quality, easy to learn all the different things that this Brother printer can do. Prints, scans, and copies great.

It was easy to set up because instructions were easy to understand. It is also very easy to use. I can easily print on the backs of used paper. I didn't have to install apt to use it. I can join their ink club or buy my own. There is nothing yet I am not satified with.

I love this printer! I was having issues with my old one and needed an upgrade and this one has been great! I’m giving it 4 stars because it wasn’t real easy to set up, mainly the paper area and Wi-Fi were confusing but YouTube was my friend and I got it set up. I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far so good! Once figured out, everything else is smooth sailing.

My previous all-in-one printer was an H-P, and I wanted to go with another manufacturer. After reading reviews and doing a little research I decided on Brother, and very happy I did. It's a straight forward easy to use and navigate machine, and at an extremely fair price. I'm a happy customer.

My Lexmark eco tank would no longer take ink, no fix, so needed a new printer. Found this one on sale and decided to take a chance. Set up on this was so easy, it almost set itself up. Nice being able to see on-line ink levels that are correct.

The print quality is excellent. With all the features this printer offers, it's a terrific value. And I signed up for the subscription ink service too. I used to have an HP printer. But when it came time for a new one I couldn't find an HP with this combination of features anywhere near this price point. I'm so glad I switched to Brother. It really is a great little printer.

Forgot My Extra Ink but it did come in handy when needed as well as neighbors asking to borrow some paper and for me to print. they asked for basic print outs of their memories and were shocked on how well it came out on the Multipurpose Paper from BestBuy and how they bought themselves a printer same night and bought the exact printer! Get you one today and setup was east as well as printing and great scanning!

I like the small sixe and light weight of this printer but the display is too small and nested controls are confusing. I still haven't figured out how to make a copy without doing battle with the nested menus. Hopefully I will figure it out over time. It gets noisy while printing and makes strange banging sounds. However, the print quality is quite good. Basically, I like it.

I had to replace my old 10 year old Brother printer and decided on another one, same brand. This one was delivered to my home promptly. I unboxed it and had no issues setting it up. It came with a brother ink subscription so that put me at ease. The print quality is great. I am very happy with my printer. And the price can't be beat!!

If you are looking for an inexpensive printer this Brother inkjet printer may be the ONE. I have had it for a month and it has met my needs. I tend to print or scan something once or twice a week. Over the decades I have had three mid level priced and one expensive all-in-one home printers/scanner/FAX machines. All machines WILL fail mechanically, get software bugs or go off the rails. But it seems these inevitable failures are fast tracked so expensive items are not worth it. So I am trying a highly rated inexpensive (slow) printer. To date: Pros : Price. Higher/good rating by Consumer Reports. Cons: It prints slower than mid level or expensive printers. But that is a known characteristic and because of price.
