    After getting used to functions, I am happy with the printer except for a few small things. Action screen is difficult to see unless the printer is raised higher or you sit in front of it instead of standing. An oblique screen would have been better. Fax action is slow to communicate with you whether your fax was successful or not.

    Overall a great printer, don't expect the quality of the images to be world class but good enough for most ppl. Remember the price, but I love the fact that this has an Ethernet port. The last few printers I had always ended up having Wi-Fi issues.

    Set up was easy and quick everything was working just fine for the customer. a few days later the Wi-Fi dropped off and they couldn't print. Stop by fixed it. A few days later same thing give it another shot and it dropped off again yesterday. More than likely this one is going back unless I can find a reason for the drop off not related to the product. If it is I will update my review. But for now three drop-offs in a matter 2 weeks that's horrible. Just want an easy to use printer for a couple senior citizens who don't do much they don't need any extra problems and that's what this did. You intend on using your printer wirelessly I would not pick this one.
