    Decent little printer.. Bought this to be similar to my Brother MFC-450DW printer because I have a lot of cartridges and it uses the same. Not as responsive but gets the job done . Scanner and top paper feeds are a plus

    February 2/16/2026. Good until I had to put in new cartridges then wouldn't work. Have talked to Geek Squad three times and still not able to print. Had a Brother for years and it was good. This one is too complicated for a little personal use. Help has been difficult.

    It's unfortunate but true, wireless maybe. If your WiFi router doesn't have a password of greater than 7 characters this printer will not allow you to sign on to your WiFi thus making it a mandatory direct wired input to the printer. As a senior living in a senior living community I don't have an ability to change the password to greater than 7 characters. Oh well, live and learn.
