I have never purchased a more frustratingly poorly designed hunk of plastic than this printer. Nothing worked. In fact, I couldn't return it fast enough and it was only because I had to return it for a refund that I didn't set it out on my lawn and smash it with a sledge hammer. DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. PRINTER.

With convoluted support and unsuable software together with a very expoensive ink cost. This is the worst printer i ever had, it is basically unsuable and can't count with it printing without some serious trouble shooting.

Printing time is slow. the value would be excellent as long as the printer was good. The amount of paper for printing is low and to replace it you need to remove a case. I'm trying to use the Scanner but I still can't.

Continuously could not be located on my network by multiple computers, phones & tablets. Every time I wanted to print I had to reset the router / internet, restart my computer, uninstall the printer driver and reinstall. I purchased a new computer, same problem. I upgraded to a mesh router system + tripled my network speed, same problem. Very disappointing. I had similar problems with my previous Brother printer, but assumed it was the age of the printer, clearly it's the brand.

It seems that this is why the cost is cheap but without ink to print so why have it then?
