Piece of junk

The set up was fine, but using the printer was a nightmare. when you want to print, the laptop says printer is in "Offline mode". no matter what you do, including turning off & on the printer and laptop, no use. "Printer offline mode" is a killer. So, had to uninstall the driver software and install again and it would print. The next day, the story repeats. Shame on the design dept. Returned it after one week of PAIN and bought EPSON WF2760 for few dollars more and been happy since then. DO NOT BUY or YOU WILL RETURN in a week.

IDK if it's a Brother issue or internet issue but I'm over it, It does a decent job when it works.

Fine for black and white

However the few times that we needed color prints, the pictures were not acceptable. Orange hue to them and not sharp when compared to original on computer screen. We had to return it and get different kind.
