Good Printer the best i have for the price lower !!

I bought this Brother printer to replace a Brother printer that I'd had for over eight years. Other brand printers I'd had before would last only 3-4 years before quitting. The Brother printer that I had to replace was actually still working but the paper tray was so worn that I couldn't get it out to refill.

This is an excellent printer at a reasonable price.

I already own and love the J435 that I've used for 2+ yrs. This newer version is even much better, with 2 sided printing, smaller footprint, faster scanning and a very cool tilting display. I would not hesitate to get another one (but the J435 is still going strong). I like that replacement (aftermarket) inks are dirt cheap at EB.

FYI. This printer operates via wirelessly only. Took me awhile to realize. Kept looking for an ethernet port. My fault for not reading closely. It doesn't hold a lot of paper either. Otherwise, it works well.

I really like my new printer. I haven't used all the features on it yet, but those that I have used are working well. It's a little slower at printing than by old printer was...but it also has more features than my old printer had. A GREAT BUY FOR THE MONEY!

This Printer can do it all if you choose! Print, Fax, all kids of applications, and a very affordable price! The ink cartridges are simple to install and change. Each one has a Gage to show how much you have left and you only have to change one at a time instead of the whole unit, very affordable and smart.

Very impressed with both the clarity and print speed.

First time having a wireless printer, am loving it.

This is an awesome color printer for a great price.

Bought this during Thanksgiving sale. Compared to my old one, this one is great! The wifi printing is instant, it can print on both side of a paper and it have a feeder for scanning or texting. So far it works and printing with no issue. Last but not least, the cartridge are a lot cheaper than my old one.

Well, I'll start with software, i have an older model 490CW on my network and after more than 5 years, it's still going strong, needed 2nd printer for kids. I spent waaaay too much time trying to setup as the same brother software is not compatible on my mac or pc. Finally, after 30 minutes, was able to setup connection to router. I then printed three color pages and wham, out of ink. I asked the best buy employee if that was normal and she stated that the ink that it comes with is a watered down version. Same size as refular purchased ink, but filled no more that to 10% capacity. Brother quality has gone down, big time. And pay no mind to pages per minute. A color page takes over a minute to print! Cheap!
