I am a full time student and found the perfect printer that met my school needs for a great price! This printer does it all. My only complaint would be that the ink cartridge are small so I’m constantly refilling the ink. Other than that, love it!

I bought this printer Oct 2017. I like it so much I bought one for our second home and one for daughter. Be patient and watch for the "Deal of the Day" and you can catch this at excellent price. Great WiFi connection and coverage. Like the easy access to cartridges.

My Brother printer is a good printer for infrequent use in the home. I use mine mainly to print out coupons and to copy anything I need. It is not a "fast" printer but I don't need that. It suits my needs.

This is the best printer we’ve had. I’ve owned it for two years. I think the key is that it has a self cleaning setting that keeps things from getting clogged even though we don’t use it for months at a time.

The printer was a great addition to my tech filled life. The most outstanding feature of this printer is the brother mobile app it is easy to work with and simple to not only print from mobile but to scan to mobile. Great product would highly recommend

Great printer for home and semi business. Easy to work even through your Mobile device We have a brother printer at the office and works incredible. We no problems out of the printer. But you do have to use the brother ink. If not it will causes lines on your paper .

I purchased a HP first after having trouble every time I start using it , problems from not printing, error buttons that you don’t know what for and having to connect the internet all the time.

So far has performed as expected. Setup was easy, printing quality good & scanner utility works well. Only downer is that its a bit slow in wifi mode, but otherwise good machine for the money.

I bought two of these printers...one for home and one for my daughter going off to college in a couple months. They were on sale for $40, so I figured they were worth a shot. They print a bit slower than I'm used to, but I have had no issues after one month.

Got in running on Windows 10 and Windows7 systems, which are both dual boot systems with Ubuntu. Great price, but much slower than my MFC-J825DW. Will try to get it to also run on Ubuntu OS,.

Easy setup and the color is just what I needed. I wanted a laser printer, but could not justify the cost. I don't need color that often, but am very happy with the output, and the price was great. And Brother is a name I trust for reliability and support.

Arrived on time and in a secure package. All the advertised items were included in shipment. Setup was easy with clear instructions. I got it installed on 5 of my computers in about 30 minutes. Photo copy was very good for the specifications. A good buy!

Setup was easy, had the printer for a few weeks now. only issue is drivers and software that come with printer are in cd form. manufacturers website has drivers, all that's needed is Web access

Great printer with all the features you need. Only issue I had is that the ink did not last very long. I am getting ready to use a high yield cartridge so I am hoping that will last a little longer.

The printer is solid and often reliable. However, at times, it has suffered connection issues with other computers (macOS) on my WiFi network. Sometimes to resolve the issue, both devices have to be restarted for the job to print. Scanning to macOS devices could be improved since the Brother Software often does not detect my device (despite switching between AirPrint and CUPS). I would hope that the printing/scanning is more robust on a Windows device. Otherwise, mobile printing works fine from iOS devices.

I let my family use this house and my nieces and nephews come and need it for homework , I had geek squad come and set up he machine on the home wi fi network so anybody who visits the house can use it with thier computer tablet or even phone , no app or anything

Could not get printer drivers to load. Called brother customer service, told me it was a software problem and to contact computer manufacturer. Also, wasn't happy when I told them to walk me through install process to see if I did everything correct. Then hung up halfway through install. Terrific service. Only mistake on my part (other than buying this thing in the first place) was getting rid of box before my three day attempt to get printer to work in the first place. Have never had problem getting something like this to work in past. Sold on ANYONE else's printer. Thanks, Brother!

We researched printers extensively when our daughter was in need of a new one and discovered Brother's prices on ink cartridges were far superior to other well known brands. Since arrival it has worked perfectly, and it gets a lot of use! Highly recommend.

Dropped my 4S while traveling cross country. Had read reviews and needed new phone ASAP. Transferred over old contacts and up and running in less than an hour. So went ahead and did the same with wife's phone. You know what they say...Happy Wife, Happy Life.

The Brother - MFC-J485DW Wireless All-In-One Printer is worth every penny. It works with quite a few operating systems. I am able to print from my Windows and Mac laptop. Plus, the printer is a paper saver because it prints on both sides of the paper.
