I purchased this MFC printer to replace a HP MFC printer that quit printing. I looked at Brother because I have had great success with their color laser printers, and the cost of supplies are much less expensive than HP or Epson. So far, I have not been disappointed.

I've had brother units in the past as well as canon, lexmark and hp. Despite brother not being a large name company they do offer some great and cheap solutions to issues. Lexmark was my fav and best printer of them all until they decided to stop making ink for all their models. So I went back to my first printer that I ever had brother. Prints fast and quiet. Ink quality and endurance is so far so good. Only time can tell the endurance as I just got the printer and am still using the provided cartridges. Price point was great and from what I saw ink won't be too expensive to purchase down the road. Overall a good purchase which it time could be a great purchase.

Works well, great price, ink is not expensive either.

This printer was recommended by my son who uses seven earlier model printers for his business. The wireless feature works great. It's located in my office--I can print from the bedroom or kitchen, both rooms a length away. Just used the fax, and although slow, I figured it out without reading directions. I ordered more print cartridges but have been using the originals for quite some time. Refills are not expensive. I am very happy with this printer. In my research I did not find any printers that were rated high overall. So far, this one works for me.

easy set up, wireless feature works great, decent but not high quality printing that is more than sufficient for our casual use. Only 10 days of occasional use so can't comment for the long term.

very good value and runs very well. I have had this for a couple of months now and am very pleased with the performance. It is fast enough to run everything I throw at it. I am not a gamer, so, I can't evaluate this laptop for games.

This a great printer for everyday home use at a great price! I purchased it as a gift to my dad for his home office. It is very easy to use. He's used the copier and printer so far. We did not set up the fax. The copier works great and the documents come out very clear. I love that we are able to scan in documents as PDF's. Printer is quick and their is an air print option, so I am able to send documents from my iPhone to the printer. My only small complaint would be that the ink finishes pretty quickly. However, that may also be because my dad has been filing income taxes and I assume one tax file could be at least 15-20 pages. I would definitely recommend this printer!

We wanted a wireless printer that I can print from my IPhone and her Android. the ink is inexpensive, setup is easy but it does take time. the app works well for me, don't know about the droid app.

I recently bought this printer after our old one died I was looking for a wireless printer that was easy to connect to . This printer is the answer, however, every once and a while my wife's Mac can't find it but after a reboot is seems ok. The print speed is great as well as quality. The price isn't bad either.

was looking for a cheap printer for just copies.Found this Brother for under 60.00 dollars not only does it copy but also is a fax,scanner, wifi ready.GREAT PRINTER FOR THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!

I came to Beat Buy to purchase ink for my 10 yr old printer. But when I saw that I could buy this new model Brother printer and ink for less than the cost of the ink for my old printer, I decided to upgrade. It's a good printer and I love how I can print wirelessly from laptops, iPad and even cell phone.

replaced my last printer, a Canon and couldn't be happier. Much easier to use in regard to scanning, etc. Having three separate color ink cartridges keeps from wasting two colors of ink if you only run out of one. Two things that keep me from giving 5 stars: entire paper cartridge has to be pulled out to refill (or I just haven't figured out another way) and if the color ink is not used regularly the heads seem to clog - but is easily resolved doing a printhead cleaning

First time using WiFi printer. Extremely easy to set up and use from my cell phone and computer. Great quality print, easy to set up and use

This copier-printer has performed well so far. I am not using it as a fax machine at this time. I figured out how to connect to the computer and use it to print without too much trouble. The printer material looks good.

Been an HP printer person all my life. On the advice of a computer tech, trying Brother. so far so good. Like the machine and it's functions a lot. Only interesting thing...it's a bit louder than I'm used to...but that's nothing really.

This is a great printer for the price. I like the fact that the ink cartridges are reasonably priced also. That was the deciding factor for me. I had to replace my Epson and the cartridges were very expensive to replace and this one was recommended to me by a friend. The print quality is good also.

I replaced my last Brother printer with this one. I just love the individual ink cartiridges, much cheaper to replace. I buy generic ink so it really is a great deal. Printer does everything I need for a home office and does it well.

This all-in-one is pretty easy to setup and use. The included CD walks you through everything, including setting up the printer on your Wi-Fi network. Your best bet is to leave the printer on, not turn it off. It will automatically go into standby mode and when you select to print from your computer or other device, it will wake-up the printer and get it started. The screen is off during standby and I literally never notice it. Ink is inexpensive, especially if you buy off-brand, but it lasts for quite some time as well, so buying Brother-approved ink will still save you money in the long run unlike some other companies (I'm looking at you, Canon).
