I bought this for light duty and the other brother 4620 dw for heavier duty. My experience with Brother has been good but when the print head dies, consider the printer dead. Cannot be fixed and the error codes don't give much in the way of repair options.

great printer. Great deal for the buck. Set up very easy using the window and following instructions. Fax mode sending and receiving was an easy procedure.

Printer is easy to set up and use wirelessly. It saves on ink. I really like the mobile app. The only drawback is it prints slow, but the money saved on ink is worth the extra wait.

Great little printer to use at home or for a small office. I have had great luck with brother printers and this does not disappoint.

This is a good all in one printer, does the job for printing & faxing. If you need to print daily high quality items, flyers, etc. for your business this printer isn't for you unless you are ok with replacing cartridges every 2 months. Buy the value pack cartridges $50 for set of 4 colors, otherwise you'll pay more.

Really like Brother printers - finally upgraded to one that can print from my iPhone through AirPrint. Easy set-up and ink replacement system. Much prefer over HPs, which I've used in the past.

This is an excellent printer. Plenty of non-oem cheap ink available online for this printer. My only complaint is it stops printing if even one of the color cartridge is empty.

Great printer. Very good price and quality. Very easy to setup and love its wifi ability. I use it to print from my desktop and my cellphone.

Make sure to choose best under options for photos. Wish it would print a little faster. They should try to get the Bluetooth and printer drivers to be picked up by a phone.

This printer was easy to hook up to my computer. It is wireless so that is nice and the bluetooth found my computer without any problems. As nice as the printer is, it is really, really slow!!! I wish I knew if this was typical. WOW! Takes forever to print. I haven't tried the fax or scan yet.

This printer was easy to setup. Works great over wirlesss. And the ink replacement cost is reasonable. Print quality is also very good.

Purchased this printer to replace Brother MFC-490CW. Works like a charm. If you're looking for multi-function printer and only print a few pages at a time this printer is for you.

This is my first Brother printer. I've had HP and Epson before. So far, I love this one the best. The print is crisp and clean. The only thing I don't like is that the paper tray is under the printer which makes it difficult for me to get to, but, on the other hand, the paper won't collect dust under there. I don't print very often. So far, the printer is quick and crisp. Definitely recommend.

I bought this printer based on reviews. Its seems to be a good product. bcz Its 4 in one. Thumbs up. I bought it $39.99 from BestBuy. Any printer can be bought in cheap price... But its all about refill. I printed a picture. Print quality is great. Refill is reasonable price. Setup was easy. I haven't used the scanner and fax yet. but based on other reviews, It may be as good as printer. I would recommend if it is still $39.99 or someone wants a good quality. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to install, set up and use. All the features work very well on multiple devices (Apple, HTC, Samsung, Nexus, Motorola, & Dell). This printer has performed as well as the Epson printer I own. Alternative ink produces quality documents comparable to Brother OEM ink. Photo prints are nice also. Fax machine is fairly quick sending transmissions. The scanner was a little tricky for me but I managed to figure out where I saved the images. Overall, it is a great product for the money and the ink is affordable.

Does what I needed. Like the ability to create multi-page PDF files when scanning. As with most printers, the basic ink cartridges don't last as long as hoped.

Having used Brother products for many years now, as well as HP, I was very pleased to find this excellent inkjet printer on special offer; only $99.99! It is compact, occupying a very small footprint on your desk or table. The print quality is very good; blacks are black and colors are rendered in clear and faithful quality. All in all, a great purchase for general purpose use or a fledgling small business.

I love all the features and very convenient specially when I need to print straight from my phone. Easy to set up on the wifi. The display is very useful when I need to made some set up on photocopy or even changing paper size.
