    The reviews and sale price were good, so we switched our choice, after which. Print quality, I found, is very light unless you use the best quality, even then it's not as dark as other printers. Scanner and wifi printing are easy and great to use.

    Obtained this item during a recent holiday sale. Reviews were up and down and my preference was to go with a printer that had consolidated cartridges vs. this one that had cartridges for individual colors. Personal preference I guess.

    No USB cord with printer, which it needs to print apparently from a computer. So I connect it to my ladt printer's and I constantly have problems. School work never gets done right, cause I have no way to print....very disappointed.

    This is the slowest printer I have ever had. I always buy Brother. I have owned 3 previous ones with no problem. When printing simple black text documents it takes several minutes for 1 page to print. I get frustrated waiting. I am going to send back.
