Jams often

It got so it jammed after almost every print and it couldn't print 2 sided without jamming. Called Brother and had another one sent out. It has only had a jam once or twice. Also have a problem connecting with wi-fi consistently. Sometimes I have to connect to the network again multiple times to get it to print.

Great, solid printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got this printer because our previous one was an earlier model that broke down due to a bad ink cartridge. Prior to using that cartridge the prior model was also an excellent printer. The price of this printer is great for the value. Print quality is very good and the fact that it is wifi capable is invaluable for our household. We intend to use only Brother's brand ink with this printer and we expect it will last us a long time.

Very Slow

OK printer but difficult to setup on your computer

I had to spend hours with their tech support which was obviously foreign country based and they used scripts to try to solve your problem. I could not get it working to do scans via the wifi. I returned the printer and got a Canon which was a much easier setup.
