only lasted a year the colored ink would clot a lot

instructions not real clear. DIfficulty in installing the product

Printing speed is ridiculously slow, almost 1 min per page

We struggled with set up and had to get tech assist to find and install driver. Starter ink cartridges were temporary and had to purchase ink to start. My wife said this morning that the printer isn’t working and she needs help sorting it out.

Good multifunction printer. It is a little loud when printing.

I wanted a printer with duplex capabilities and this was on sale when I purchased a replacement CPU for my home desktop setup. I have used Epson and HP printers in the past. This printer is not user friendly. It is overly complicated for what it does. I can print with it but still have not figured out how to scan with the flatbed. Finally just gave up on that and am using another flatbed scanner that I have. The duplex scanning is sooooooo slllowwww that if I don't need it I will do the extra steps to turn it off for that print. Even if it is a one page document it still takes forever and goes through the whole duplex step unless I take it off of duplex printing. I would just leave it off except I hate to waste the paper. Hate it.

Printing is extremely slow. Otherwise I am satisfied.

awful lot of ink cartridges but not bad. it is a good product

I thought that I read this thing should print at least 9 pages per minute but it's way slower than that. Maybe because I'm printing over Wi-Fi? My old printer was an EPON and it printed way faster than this....regretting I gave away my old one and not this one.

It is very hard to see you have to look at it straight on

I have used Brother it seems like forever now. This is the first printer I have never been happy with. It takes forever. The picture looks great but even if it is just a word document in black in white it still takes forever.

I purchased this in June 2016 and finally got it all hooked up this month. It will not print and keeps saying it can not detect the Yellow and Black ink cartridges. I have removed them and inserted them back in a million times and still says they can not be detected.

It’s garbage doesn’t print and I’m returning it...

I was replacing an Epson that had lasted 4 years. I was looking to save a few dollars and picked this printer. That was a mistake. It prints very slowly and sometimes it can spool over a minute until it even starts. I never had that problem with my previous printers.

Not easy to get set up for the folks who aren't techies...

This is a very nice printer and easy to use for everyone.

Very unhappy does not work with my PC at home disappointed

Not sure if it was the printer itself or what, but it didn't work well at all. It kept reprinting items usually about 3 times. It would show an error message and then it would print the item several minutes later. I returned it and got another brand.
