I'm a full time worker and full time college student . I love technology but I hate when technology doesnt work. Just like how this crap doesnt. I placed 3 pages in the feeder and it ripped my papers in half. I am extremely upset why because of the printer no I'm upset that my extremely important documents were destroyed wasted 2 hr of my personal time to get this work done and it was all by hand. Please turn away go for something else. The papers had no stables nor anything on them the comp. had the latest drives it was the stupid printer Brother is a terrible brand they should make paper shredders instead.

Print quality not the best.

Lower quality printer

The frustration that I have is that I have to restart the printer to connect wireless when it has set for several hours. I live with it since I don't print too often.

Unreliable

I am unable to print using this so I just put it in storage where it rots. Don’t waste your money, there are way better products out there.

One of the slowest printers I’ve ever seen!

Only lasted me 2yrs

Works good, bad ink and horrible customer service

Not a Fan

Very slow to print

Uses too much ink!

I only printed a few sheets of paper since replacing cartridges and after 3 months all my ink levels are showing near empty. According to the Brother web site there is no way to disable this function so it is essentially just wasting ink.

Don't buy

So I bought it again. The second time I bought it it lasted 5 months. In both cases when the black ink ran out, it would not acknowledge a new cartridge. I tried unplugging it, but it still would not read the new ink cartridge. Our previous printer was an HP and it would not let me print in black, only color. That was pricey. Think I'll try a Cannon next.

Buyer Beware

If you wait more than 30 minutes, it'll loose connection to your PC. Brothers help line told me that's the best it's going to get. I'm throwing it in the trash. When I want to print something I don't want to spend 30 minutes reloading the printer. I'll describe this printer with one word, and that word is JUNK.
