Printer not identifying ink, bought from Staples.

Have to spent few hrs and then bought another cartridge that solved the issue. Hate this printer- wasted 100 dollar on damm ink and time.. Will never suggest anyone to buy it. My old brother printer is better than this

Unit will not reflect connecting to internet

I will not "tweak" my router since I don't have to do it with HP products and should not get involved with screwing with my router. This printer is junk for me.

Slowest printer ever

Also, it has trouble connecting to my computer even though I use a cable...The printer never connects with pc wirelessly. This printer was recommended by the employee at Best Buy. I guess they don't always know much about their products.

The printer just one day didn't want to print properly. Good I purchased a protection plan. I was able to return the printer at full price & received store credit.

THE WORST PRINTER I"VE EVER OWNED!!

It will tell you from the first start up the tray is empty, when it is full. Less than a month old, and it has stopped working all together! Absolute JUNK! The worst purchase i've made, EVER!

Had to return 2 printers

You could not change touchscreen from copy to scan etc. after a few weeks. Returned that one and received another one and it did the same thing after a few weeks.

Slowest printer in the world!

Very disappointed with this printer, it was recommended by a sales rep. as compatible to an epson but uses less ink.
