I've owned two other Broyher printers and have never had a problem like I have with this one. Won't stay connected to wifi and even though I have the sleep mode off it turns off after 20 minutes.

extremely slow. very very unhappy with this product. takes 2 minutes plus to print off 1 page for example my bank statement. not happy . more likely than not I will be returning this product.

Very cheaply put together. Horrible printer. After a couple months of us, where I’ve probably printed a total of 15 pages, mine prints nice blank pages. Just blank.

From the time of purchase the customer service was terrible I never was able to use this printer and ultimately purchased a different brand and I am very pleased.

The FAX machine is not working after I paid for a Geek Squad member to set it up with my computer & can't get the help I need contacting Broyther.

I got this printer under a great discount, and also used reward certificates to make this a sweeter deal. I have another huge brother dinosaur MFC which is 16 years old, and still going strong. I needed a printer with a small footprint to use with my home office. This printer was just that. It is small, lightweight, and super easy to set up. I cannot comment on the wireless set up, as I use the printer as a usb connection, which was also simple, just connected to my Windows 7 machine, and all the drivers were downloaded. I do not need the software suite, as I will only be using for copies and basic printing. I do not need a speedy machine for power printing of large documents, but that being said, I do not feel the machine prints slowly. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend this printer to all my friends, and would not hesitate to purchase again

Extremely slow to print. Wanted to return but Best Buy policy is 15 days.

Very poor photos and color. Photo paper got stuck each time. Very slow printing. I really don’t like this printer. Not satisfied!

Bought the printer and installed the ink, but experience printing quality issues even after multiple cleanings and alignments!

This printer takes forever to print and runs out of ink very quickly. I will not recommend brother printers.

This printer goes through a lot of toner. It is supposed to yield 2600 copies but I'm lucky if I can get 250.

First this printer was not in stock so I was not able to view it in the store. If I had I never would have pruchased it !!!!

brought the printer to print photos but were very poor and it quit after two weeks so we returned it and brought an epson.

junk all have had brother printer there product was great at one time 3 have own lasted 1 month they are junk

Printer did not work and Brother had to replace it. When the new one was deliv r it worked great.

It was ok for a few days when I went to change the black ink it would not print. I return it.
