Good little printer for home use. Using it just for printing things off not heavy use and great price for it

I had an epson all in one that I could not get working with our wireless and would jam constantly. I purchased this one when it went on sale and I am very happy with it thus far. I have only had it a couple of months but no major issues. I can only get wireless printing from devices working intermittently but it is more likely the network and not the printer. I like the way the paper loads from a pull-out tray that you fill rather than the back, I have not had it jam once. It is nothing fancy but it prints and works well, that is what I wanted.

This is the fourth printer of this model I have purchased, one for home and three for work. I am very happy with them! Brother makes good all-in-ones too.

I have been looking for printers for a while and this one stood out the best for me. It works great, easy installation, and great customer support.

I was looking for a new All-in -one machine after my old HP Photo-smart All-in-one died. My printing needs have changed since then and I didn't really need a photo printer. This Brother printer is very nice and inexpensive. It is also quiet and doesn't shake the desk like my old one. I haven't had any problems at all. The wi-fi network connection is awesome. It freed up a port on my router. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone needing a decent color printing all in one machine.

This is a great printer except it may be slowest printer on the planet. It reminds me of the early days in the computer industry and the very first printers came out for personal computers. For whatever reason Brother's engineers did it, when printing a page with 1 line, it will print the entire page as if there was text on every line. Most printers will print the 1 line, and then eject the page. Not this one. Everything else is great. It also includes PaperPort, a wonderful document manager that can clean up scanned pages, easily does fine rotation and alignment, does OCR by simply drawing a box around the chosen area, right click, and copy the text. Then just paste it into your word processor. So, if you use most of the features of the machine, you may be satisfied with the slow speed. If you use it mostly for printing, you may want a different printer ...

Printer pretty much does everything. love the wireless printing.

Mainly used to scan and upload documents to google docs.

Within a month, many issues surfaced. Now it takes anywhere between 30min to print something simple. I called best buy to ask for help, and they said I would have to pay for their geek squad service in order to help me. So now I'm stuck with this printer that gives me so many headaches. The moment you cancel a print job, it jams. Once it jams, might as well throw this printer out the window. I can no longer print double side items without it jamming each and every single time. I'm not sure if it's my printer that is defective, but I had high hopes for this one. I would never recommend this printer to a friend or enemy. I've used cheaper printers that have worked better. SMH.

So far the only complaint I have about this printer is that it is slow. Even with the quality set to draft, it is very slow printing a page. However, for the price and the ink seems to last much longer than the Epson I replaced, I would buy it again.
