Owned for about 6 weeks. Only print 1 to 3 times per week. Have not had any issues. Print is good, color saturation is good. Only complaint is that it is quite slow especially on larger printer projects. Scanning and copying is awesome. Very happy with purchase.

I use mainly mobile devices for everything and having this printer helps me a lot when it comes to wireless printing.

This machine is a quality printer and is easy to set up on a wireless network. I especially like the fact that there are four separate ink cartridges so that I only have to replace the individual cartridge that is low on ink. I also have a higher end model that uses the same ink cartridges, which is extremely convenient.

I like that it walks you through certain instructions, i.e. changing ink cartridges, etc.

I find the brother printer easy to use what I don't like is that when I use the wifi printing, I must log the wifi # in each time.

I haven't used it much, but so far it is working well.

I bought this to replace an old HP all-in-one. I went with the Brother MFC-J485DW because it had all the features I need at a very good price relative to the other brands. It seems like the ink is reasonably priced as well. The only drawback I see is that it's a bit slow to print, but for a casual home use, that really is no concern to me.

Good printer for daily homework or coupon. Easy to set up and no problem with wifi ,or print from bedroom, which is second floor.

Bought this printer as a friend had one at work that seemed to be a good printer. I ended up buying this one, which was the next model newer (she had the J480) and its works great! Fast printing, clear scans, and easy to use. Does NOT use through the ink like my Epson did. And the ink is relatively inexpensive as well.

The printer has been working great so far and have no complaints. Wish it was a bit faster but can't beat the price

This is a great printer for the average home use. I print out documents and sheet music and the quality is very clear and crisp to read. Works great with my iPad and other laptops I have. Easy to set up and connect with my wireless router. I recommend this to anyone who needs a printer for home use that will not break the bank.

Perfect for home! I love this all in one printer, copier, and fax. I am able to print from my phone and it fits perfectly on my entertainment center. Now with the dual networks from Comcast I do need to switch from 5 to 2.4 when printing only. Not a big deal.

Bought this to use as a portable printer for work. So far it's worked great. It's nice to have a multi sheet feed scanner in the go and print quality and speed is great for its size and class. Powering up is a bit climbsie but all in all a great little printer.
