Brother MFC-J485DW printer is an awesome printer. Easy set up, easy use and all around great experience. Only complaint would be the ink depletes faster than other printers I have owned but it is not horrible. Print quality is great otherwise!

I got this printer as a gift to replace a failing HP Officejet printer. This printer has a much smaller footprint. The software is easy to use. It does not print as fast but it does a far better job. The ink is less expensive.

After outgoing CEO of HP was lauded for making the company profitable by selling ink, and my own negative experiences with HP printers in general, I decided a thorough investigation was needed to obtain a reliable and consistant printer I discovered Brother brands. I have had a Brother printer for the last 5 years without a single issue ever. There is not 25 different cartridges to have to choose from so remembering which cartridge to purchase is a no brainer. I have been recommending the Brother brand for years now and have not had a single complaint. For some reason Brother printers are always “buried” behind other brands in promotions probably due to certain incentives to retailers from other brands. Don’t be fooled, you will be very pleased with the quality and features for your money.

This printer was easily set up for wireless printing in my house. Great price and great quality. I can print from my iPad, iPhone or any wireless device and it doesn't need to be hooked up to a computer, except for the first install. (Laptop)

The Brother's printer/fax and scanner is really nice and good price.

So far, I've only printed and copied with it, but it has performed flawlessly.

very good print quality in color, which is what I needed, for graphs and a few photos at work. small footprint, easy to install and use. I got it for $60-70 which can't be beat, though I'm still finding out how much ink will cost long term.

If you are not a heavy primary user, this is a good, easy to use printer that produces good material. The set up was easy but replacement ink cartridges are kinda high.
