Great Printer

All Around Solid
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought an older version of this product a little over 4 years ago for my dad and just updated him to the newer version. The printer is all around solid. Reliable, great quality print jobs and good on ink-- namely with the XL cartridges. The two negatives are the reverse scanning (personal preference but you feed the papers downside up when scanning through the top. Likely not a con for most.) & overall slower printing times in relation to some of the other printers on the market-- but for an older user I can't imagine this would be an issue. Moreover, the interface is user friendly enough for both younger and older users, which is certainly a plus. In the end would definitely recommend.

Not wanting to go with HP (problems getting an HP printer to communicate with an HP computer, ugh), we chose Brother, and we're very happy with it so far.
