This is my first time purchasing a Brothers Printer. So far I am very happy with it. It was easy to set-up and works well. The printing is a little on the slower side but for my printing needs, it is fine.

Great product, very up to date features including being able to use my smart phone to do everything.

does everything I want it to do..would recommend it.

This is an economical printer and does what it needs to do. It is not super fast, and seems to dtink ink faster than I had hoped. All in all it is a good little printer for a good price.

More economical to replace a broken printer than repair, so this one was purchased. I like Brother printers and this one works well. Using generic print cartridges is no problem. Print quality is really good and the scanner/copier is a plus for grandkid's homework. Buy Brother.

I've used Brother printers in the past and this one is just as good. It is fast and prints clearly in black and white. The fax is reliable and sends faxes quickly.

This printer has worked flawlessly since the day i bought it! No issues to report here!

My previous printer was a BROTHER also. I loved it and then it went kaput. Model not available anymore. All of these last 24-26 months and then go to printer heaven. This printer is not as user friendly and sometimes printing from online does not come out right.

Printer is great all except printing something is really slow.

Seems to fit the bill very well, I have no complaints at all.

BROTHER A QUALITY PRINTING BRAND FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE A RELIABLE QUALITY PRODUCERS OF PRINTERS. I HAVE ONLY ONE ISSUE LIMITED INK CART BUT THIS PRINTED HAS QULITY

All that I ever wanted and needed definitely recommend this product to all my family and friends.

I love the speed and quality of the printer, but I do not love the ink cartridges. I used the printer only a couple of times and it says no ink. I can see the liquid in them, but it will not print. Very frustrating.

I was looking for a budget printer and have always had good experiences with Brother. The MFC-J485DW is no exception. It has done exactly what the product description described. Sure, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of higher-priced units, but I didn't expect it to.

Would have given 5 stars but printer is extremely slow!!!!!

I use this printer for just my black printing and save my color printer/ink for just color jobs. Much more economical. I have used Brother printers for 15 years and they have been the most dependable,cost effective ones you could own. I would highly recommend Brother products.

I purchased this inexpensive AIO as an emergency replacement for another brand AIO that cost 3x as much and had broken down a 2nd time! Now, this has become my primary AIO and the more expensive AIO is in storage.
