This printer is perfect for a home office. I specify "home office" since the laptop has all the features you need, but it is not much of a fast printer (nor slow). I have no need for a quick printer at home, so it doesn't really affect me, but if you are looking for a printer that will print quickly, this is probably not for you. If I had to guesstimate, I think to print one page might take 15-20 seconds whereas my office printer (also Brother) takes about 5 seconds per page. I love that this printer has plenty of features including duplex printing. It is also a good looking printer. I highly recommend this printer for home use.

After using many different brands of printers, I have settled on Brother as the best value going, both for home and the office. Reasonable pricing, both on product and ink, excellent quality print quality, and rock solid.

I have had most of the All In One Printers on the market-ALL stink for home office use. A friend told me about the Brother and I have had it for quit some time and it has worked GREAT for all the functions.

Great value, prints on more paper before needed to change ink

Great easy to use all in one printer. Excellent quality print and photo. Only complaint is the placement of the USB port required me to get longer cord. But isn't an issue if you are connecting wireless or printer is placed close to tower.

Have not used it enough to give a complete review of product.

Got this printer because the ink was available cheaper than the other brands. Was getting sick of buying ink that cost more than the printer itself. Not the fastest printer around, but the wireless function has been working great.

This printer was a bit bigger than I'd hoped but it set up easily. I connected to my wifi network with no trouble. Follow the instructions and you'll be printing in no time.

I needed an all in one printer for home office and it works just purrfectly fine! Can't ask for more. Quality and quantity work just fine for me. Highly recommend this product if you want simple all in one printer!

nice printer ,met all i was looking for, color was better then espected

The colors are nice and the black and white prints are clear. I saw a lot of people complaining about the slow print speed but if you are using this at home for personal use then it is perfect. Happy with my purchase.

I gave a 4 rather than a 5 because it does everything it's supposed to do, but is slow. Takes a long time to print one page, in black and white. My last printer was much faster, but was no longer compatible with newer PCs and laptops in the home, hence the need for an upgrade. I at first thought maybe it was because I was printing over the wifi connection so I connected the usb and it didn't print any faster. That was a bummer. I often have to take a walk and go do other things while printing now. And I make copies with the old printer. I also have not been able to print from my phone or tablet but that might be user error.

Easy and simple to setup little difficult getting the ink cartridge in place but that could be because I'm all thumbs. Other than that printing quality is beautiful fast and easy

Printer works great. Tried other brands and had issues with all of them in less than a month. I’ve had this printer for about 2 months now with absolutely no issues.

I've had several other brand name printers in the past and this one is far superior in all aspects. I'm very satisfied with the printer and the assistance at Best Buy. Very exemplary. Good job. Keep up the good work, ya'll!

Brought this and used it 20 times already it work as it says loving it

This is perfect for my sons who need to print for school. Just a basic lower end color printer. It sets up easy, but had to reboot router to get wifi to connect.

So far, so good! Easy to set up and prints from all my devices. This printer is great so far and meets my expectations! I have printed heavily and it still has a lot of ink left in the cartridges unlike my old printers.
