There's been no problem with the item. Works great.

I can print stuff faster than my hp printer. My old HP would take 10 minutes to warm up before printing, It so much easier to use and the ink last longer.

The printer has a decent print quality (not so much for photos), you can use generic catridges (the ones that came with the printer lasted for like 120 prints). IKONG generic catridges are as good as OEM.

This was the first time I've tried to coonect a printer to a wifi network. It went as smoothly as I could have hoped. The print quality is excellent. Replacement cartridges are more reasonably priced.

My old printer needed ink and the cartridges cost almost as much as this printer with ink. No brainer and it prints well. I don't do alot of printing (concert tickets, reciets, coupons) so it works great for me

Easy wireless set up w/my mac, very happy so far with this printer does all I need and ink is not too expensive. I have other family members with Brother Printers (older model but comp to this one) and they LOVE them!

This printer was easy to set up and use. I haven't used it enough to know how long the ink cartridges last, but I really like how easy it is to use. Also, goes to sleep and wakes up when I send a print job. Very pleased.

This printer was very easy to install. The quality of the printed pages are great. The location of the print cartridges makes them very easy to install.

Not a high end but for the price you can't beat it

This all in one is just AWESOME and full of features that you would fall asleep reading! Have owned brother, HP, and Epson and by far Brother rules. Can use this with everything and every device. Wireless!

My wife writes a lot of letters & she feels that this printer is great for her. The printer was very easy to setup. The directions were clear & simple.

Super fast and quiet. Used every day to scan documents - fastest of 4 scanners in office. Only thing that could make it better would be using toner instead of ink.

The scan function is optimal for the price of the unit. The printing is as clear as you expect from a Brother product.

I didn't really need a printer as much as I needed a copier. You don't really get good color prints from this, but I think it is a good deal if you just need it for odd jobs and copies now and then

Good little home office printer. Ink is expensive but you get around 550 sheets on the black XL. Worth it for the little bit of printing I do at home.

After owning a Brother printer for several years, it was time to upgrade and I didn't think twice about buying another one. This printer works great and was super easy to set up and share out to other devices.
