Got this printer to help integrate my dad's needs for working from home and its been working great for this month since we've bought it. Having the fax feature is a big benefit for his business as well as the scanning feature. Setting up the wireless printing functionality took some time to connect to our Chromebook laptops but, since then its been working fantastically. I generally find Brother printers to be superior to all others iv had in the past (hp and espon)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my little home printer. I bought this during the Covid shutdown. I am a teacher and had to do a lot of creative mixing things up to engage my students on zoom and make work packets for them while at home. This printer has been awesome, I would buy it again if needed w confidence. Thanks I’m super happy with this purchase, it is one of the best I made during that time. I’m able to do some of the “fancy” stuff that my school printer does on this little home one, which is wonderful when the school one is broken. It’s awesome.

Brother brand printer, copier, scanner has been great for me. I bought one seven years ago and it has been great. I needed an upgrade due to the age of my unit. I am returning the unit because I bought one with a fax feature which I did not need. I bought the same unit online without the fax function.

Quality of print is very good. Easy set up. Am able to print wirelessly with phone and iPad. If wireless network is down I can print with a cable (not provided) from my desktop computer. No ink cartridge to dry up and need replacing or print heads to have to clean if I don’t do much printing for an extended period of time. I expect to get many years of use and many pages of print from the toner cartridge.

Simple and super easy to use and connect. Great quality and reliability, better than other brands.

Works well for monochrome prints. Ease of use is good.

Exceptional print quality but drops off Wi-Fi often for no reason.

Have been using this as our daily office printer for about 8 months without issue. Print quality is good, what you would expect from a good quality laser printer. Just as important, the replacement toner is easy to find and inexpensive. Printing is easy. Windows 10 found the printer and installed drivers over the network. It's also easy to print from mobile devices, including printing files directly from DropBox.

I bought this printer to do every day small printing tasks and it handles it with ease! I’m also starting my own business and having this powerful printer will truly come in hand. I recommend this 100 times over!

I have purchased numerous brother printers for my office. Our experience is that they are dependable, reasonably priced and easy to operate. Print quality is very good. The toner cartridges are frequently interchangeable among models. The specific model I purchased replaced the unit I had for over 4 years. This was an excellent value for an all-in-one printer.

this came as advertised. has worked great out of the box was very easy to set up. Only one complaint... the manual feed tray only takes one page at a time.. Print quality is much better then expected. IT is very quiet. processes print jobs very quickley. auto feed for scanning works great.

We needed replacement printers and scanners that would work with our Chromebooks. This printer seems to fit that bill. It's a desktop style printer, so it's not portable. But, it works for our purposes. Brother printers are very dependable.

So far I love this Brother all in one printer. I was tired of having to replace the ink constantly in my older printer. I'm hoping this will last longer. The printer was so easy to set up even with a firmware update. The easy of printing from my iPhone is a huge plus.

So far so good for the new Brother all-in-one laser printer. Sick and tired of the ink-jet inks drying up or leaking all over. Decided to give the laser printer a try. Nice clean black copies. Easy to set up and get all items — computer, laptops, phones, etc. — to print via Wi-Fi. Scans right to the laptop or computer, no more needing a thumb drive.

So far the best printer I have ever bought. Did the research and decided after talking with an Apple technician.Extremely easy to set up and print wirelessly from my computer. Plus I don’t have to worry about the ink drying up when not in use. Placed the toner in easily after watching the video. So far I am happy with the quality of the print.

I really like this printer and it's so fast and easy to use, especially for someone who is not tech savvy like me. I was really hesitant in the beginning buying this printer because of the deep sleep mode reviews, but I have not experienced this problem so far. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this printer.

Works great, prints quick and was easy to setup. For the price I was expecting a color display. The color screen models are easier to use when setting up wirelessly. Still a 5 star product though.

The right support site to download the software is support.brother.com. if the 'search' button gives an error, choose the mode by clicking through - if you are on their website you will know what i i am talking about. Also their Brother customer service # is: 800 284 4329 (you can't find it their website!) Good tech's once (and if) you call. Copy, paste from an Amazon reviewer (mathgeek669) - Go to the Brother website and download the latest drivers for your printer and install all of the software on your computer. DO NOT use the CD that comes with the printer. It could have been sitting in a warehouse for 6 months or a year for all you know, and the drivers are probably not up to snuff. When the software installation reaches the point where you have to opportunity to update all of the software and firmware from the printer, do it. Do not skip that portion of the installation process. There is a sticker on the back of your printer with the "password" that it will ask for when you choose to remotely configure it, and within those settings, you have the wonderful option of setting the "Toner-Low" setting to "Continue" instead of "Stop".

I had a 2700DW model for years and it’s been great so I recommended this printer for my mom. Performance wise it’s just as good but I do gotta day I liked the application that came with the older 2700 better. This is a very solid printer for the price. I definitely recommend it.
