I had a Kodak and a Canon All-in-One color printer in the past. Not happy with the cartridge issues and connectivity. Really did not need the Fax features but ok. This printer was awesome coming out of the box! Only one toner cartridge and easy to install. The connectivity to the Wi-Fi was quick and easy. It does take a while to install the software. I almost thought it locked up in the process. Don't worry, it finished install with no problems. Excellent scans and printed material. Surprisingly fast print time for the first print while cold. Mobile device and PC laptop have both printed error-free. Have had the printer seven weeks and very happy with my purchase. Scanned material looks very good.

An excellent laser printer. Wireless connection is automatic and hassle free. Very fast printing and scanning. There Re still occasions when things need to be faxed and this is an added bonus

Not being a color printer was the only downside of this printer. Other then that this printer is everything I was looking for.

We've been using this printer for a month now and are very happy with its speed and ability to handle legal size paper. The input buttons are very logical also, making it easy to figure things out without having to look it up.

Very hard to setup to WIFI, buy the model with the touchscreen on it instead of the display screen, it will save you so much time and frustration. Other than that the printer is great and works flawlessly when setup.

Very happy with this machine. The pricing is very good, it is compact and simple to operate and does a great job. It arrived in 2 days and was easy to hook up. We don't need color but do need fax so this was an easy decision. I highly recommend it.

Having had HP and more recently, Epson printers, both of which were one issue after another I finally went with Brother which should have been my first choice. Also decided on laser printing without a color option because that's not a feature I need often

First, the print quality and speed are fantastic. From that standpoint, it’s an amazing printer. What isn’t amazing is a) sleep mode and b) the software or App Brother requires for advanced functions. The sleep timer issue is well documented, but way, way more annoying than I was prepared for. There may be a “buried” setting to totally disable the timer, but it’s so deeply buried that it’s useless. The app is full of hiccups. I tried to scan 20 pages the other day and had to restart nearly a dozen times before it scanned the entire stack. Menus are poorly laid out compared with the Canon multifunction this replaced, and the features were no less robust. That said, for speed and print quality, Brother wins.

EXCELLENT ALL-IN-ONE MACHINE, COMPACT, WIRELESS, GOOD QUALITY PRINTING, EVEN ON BOTH SIDES, ONLY THING WAS GETTING WIRELESS FEATURE HOOKED UP WAS A BIT COMPLECATED, BUT OVERALL A GOOD QUALITY MACHINE, SO FAR WELL SATISFIED

I have been using this since 2020 and it’s been amazing since day 1.

This is an excellent machine and I highly recommend it. It just came with more features than I needed like fax. It is quiet and fast.

This printer has been great! It is so nice to be able to print from any device, anywhere in my house without having to physically connect to the printer. I've used it to copy sheet music and it comes out clear and crisp!

Printer works very well. Bought for a small business. Fairly quick and quiet. Like it quite well except the wi-fi is a bit cranky. I finally hard wired it directly into our router and now it works. It is possible I don’t have everything downloaded, but I have tried a couple times.

Really nice printer, easy setup and good quality. Only complaint is that it's huge.

This printer works well for my purposes. The only gripe I have is that it stays in sleep mode for most of its life, meaning it takes a couple of minutes to wake up before it will print. But If you're in a hurry, though, that's not handy. Also, the Wi-Fi button is always flashing, too, which I find annoying. Is it connected to Wi-Fi or isn't it? I just assume it is, If not, I have to go back and set it up for my router every time the power flutters, even though it shouldn't notice anything if it was supposed to be asleep, and even though the power only fluttered. Still, it performs well and works with my Wi-Fi 6 Orbi router -- unless the power flutter.

So far, I am very pleased with the Brother laser printer I recently purchased. The setup went smoothly and the crisp and sharp printing is what I was hoping for. Scanning works great, too. I can and do recommend this printer.

Great Product! I enjoy the use of Brother's black and white all-in-one laser printer. I bought it for transferring photos to wood. It works better than my ink-jet printer.

An excellent printer for our needs. Easy setup and clear print. Good for all kinds of jobs including labels and small projects. We are very pleased with this printer and would recommend it to anyone.

The printer was easy to install on Windows 10. The wireless function is easy to set up. Apple AirPrint works; only hitch is that printer and device need to be on same wifi network. Like the printing low cost per page.

This is my second brother printer and I am happy with them. The L2710DW was very easy to set up and I have used the printer and copier functions. Copies are excellent and the printer is very quiet. I would recommend this printer.
