Never had an issue with any Brother laser printers. Upgraded to this one and no issues. Small enough for compact spaces but can handle jobs just like in a big office setting.

High Print quality and very easy to setup. Was able to get it unboxed and setup in 15 minutes and start printing. The scanner and copier work well too

Works great. The only thing is doesn’t copy double sided through the top feeder. Other than that it is a great printer and gets the job done!

Good printer with scan, copy and fax functions. Easy to work with. If including the USB printing cable, it could be easier for some people quick setup without wifi router closer.

I'm a fan of brother printers, always quality, easy set up. Wifi printers are the only way to go. Scanning software included is solid. Working from home I print a fair amount & this does it economically

(this model) but I won't consider any other make. They last, they're fast, they're easy to understand. AND Brother Customer Service IT people are the best. No matter how old the machine you need help with.

Bought this to replace a inkjet printer. Very easy set up, I was printing from wifi within minutes of un-boxing. I don’t use a printer very often, but this one fires right up and prints right away great all around.

Works flawlessly once setup is done. I particularly the front/back page printing capability - slower, but saves time with longer reports. Highly recommend this printer AND the MFC family of printers. This is my second one.

This printer has been great. Very reliable and simple setup. It replaced another Brother laser printer we had for years that was not wireless. It’s a bit noisier than the other one, but no problems with the way it works.

This has been a great purchese, totally recomend it to any onw with a business, it dose not use that much ink

I had an older model that lasted 7 years that is still going, but drum replacement is almost as much as new print. Absolute breeze to set up including the wireless. Simple to print from my phone as well.

We don't do a lot of printing, so I don't work this printer very hard, but it does a good job. We use it via Apple's Air Print to print from a couple of Mac laptops, iPhones, and iPads. We had an issue for a period of time with the printer losing connection to the WiFi network, but Brother support helped us to resolve it. Support wasn't very efficient, but it got the job done. Other than that, reliability has been great for both printing and scanning. This device replaces an old HP Laserjet printer and an Epson scanner. The printer is pretty equivalent. The scanner has a more reliable feed, but I miss the Epson's two-sided scanning -- if not for that (and the brief connection issue), I'd give this five stars.

Easy setup and easy to use. Only took a few minutes to get connected to the wifi.

Easy to use. I love the option to scan several documents. Is a great lase printer. Documents come out nice and no issues with copies.

Printer packaged well, Printer runs well, Printer setup took awhile, Brother could have provided more specific instructions and better visuals and easy access to customer service center.

Brother has best value printer in my opinion. A lot less expensive than competition and toner is much cheaper for brother printers too
