I bought this for use at my small business for printing from the chrome books. It copied well and prints fast enough. I have never had s problem with it jamming . Overall, I’m satisfied.

Well, so far so good with this printer. Hooked up just fine to my home network. Normal, good print quality. But that is to be expected from a laser printer. Only scanned one document so far, but no problems. Hoping for the best as I don't have the greatest luck with printers. But all good so far. Came with drivers on a cd (maybe a dvd). I don't have any optical drives on my computer, but it was no trouble to go to the brothers website to download the proper ones.

We have a bunch of similar multi function printers. These are small workhorses and the scanning utility is very good. Can't beat the low cost either.

This is my second one. Bought one for my house and liked it so much I bought one for the office. Way better than my old ink jet printers.

I was very surprised as other products I have bought from Best Buys have been very good. Unfortunately this product was very important for my small business to run, and it had a manufacture defect. It was also very hard to install, where the software online did not exactly match the model number. The manufacture defect was that when the printer received data for a printing job it would not connect to the paper tray, which was filled with paper. I had to put my business on hold to fix the problem, and return the item physically in store at Best Buys as there was no delivery option. I needed a laser printer all in one with an auto feeder, and unfortunately there were no other alternative option at Best Buys. This printer is also very heavy to carry and does not come with delivery or installation. I had to go to Staples, and I got a Canon laser all in one printer, with auto feeder, for the same price, with free delivery included. I was able to install the Canon printer within 10 minutes for my business to run.

Fairly easy set-up and seems to be working great thus far. Excellent value for an All-in-One

Use in my home office. Very good for small office black & white printer. Scanning is easy and functional.

Nice printer, have not had any issue yet and I hope not to. Set up was a breeze with my Mac and all in one desktop. Will recommend

Real workhorse. Great value. A little hard to get wireless to connect, but once I did- YIPPEE

Set up was not as easy as I thought. Had issues connecting to network and discover printer. But once done, Print from anywhere any device. It makes life easier.

My wife turned me on to this printer years ago! Always loved the way it prints and now i have a scanner and copier. Does great printing!

It was very easy to set up with a cable. One set up on my computer it warms great with iPhone, lip top and tablet. So far it does a good job.

Great product for a home office does all that is needed

Works well for the most part. Got a paper jam the first time I tried to make double-sided copies, though.

Looks good, Built well, only issues were getting the drivers and updates happening but once they got setup and installed working great. Good product at a good price.

Second Brother purchased for newly added workstation. First one is still going after 5 years, no issues.
