Thought we had it fixed. Should have returned it immediately as we continued having issues but missed the date to return. I called Best Buy but as I was at the point I was frustrated enough to return it, I was 9 days past the return date. Asked for an exception since we buy A LOT of stuff from Best Buy and because it was now unusable - wasn't that I just changed my mind or didn't like something about it, it was DEFECTIVE (from the first week of install). They declined to make an exception. Trying to save someone else some WASTED MONEY and some frustration. It is a very finicky printer and doesn't work most of the time.

We do not print in color so we didn't want to waste money on a printer with color inks. Also, we were looking for a printer that could scan multiple documents at once...this printer helped us check all the boxes and we're happy with our purchase.
