This printer is a work horse! Uses toner very efficiently with little to no waste. This helps pro long the life of the toner. Have not used the fax feature so cannot leave a review on that.

Easy to install. No need tech support On time delivery

I would have given a 4½-star review, but there are no 'half stars'. My only complaint is that, when loading a printed page into the bypass feeder (to print on the back), it sometimes pulls the paper in crookedly. I'm careful with the paper guides, so I don't know why it pulls some times.

Good basic printer with two sided printing and WiFi. The only real issue is that sometimes it won’t wake up from sleep when you send a print job. The other issue is that the included cartridge only gave about 60 pages before it started giving poor results. Fortunately remanufactured long life cartridges are only about $15 each online.

I love this printer most than any other products. I bought this more than 100 of those for all of my stores. I used to carry other printers, but this has all in one with the quality and I like its utility app to scan PDF file!!!

Wireless is annoying to set up, but the printer speed is fast.

Maybe a year late, but this has been an exceptional printer. I replace the Brother MFC-7840W which continued to have problems with toner streaking and drum issues even thought I had replaced each several times. This after a year has been excellent.

Works well for simple needs. wireless feature is a plus.i

This thing is a beast. I have been using brother office printers for like 10 years, never had a problem with one. Actually, we had one (an older model) that survived a massive drop down the stairs, and for a heavy object like this it's amazing it lasted.

I bought this for my business. I had this before and had a good experience. From small to medium size business worth every penny. Con: Only the bad part is drum. If drum goes bad than it's dead. Drum is very expensive. I wish if they offer or sell it for lower price.

Overall, the machine functions well for printing and copying, Disappointed there is not a USB port for a flash drive. Also, with so many functions available, it was confusing trying to add the wireless printer on the computers that use it.

So glad I found this printer! I had a small inkjet and was working from home that just wasn’t cutting it anymore I was buying printer cartridges every two days. But this baby here solved all my problems! Quality printing fast and efficient finally found a printer that meets all my needs!

Great print for working at home. Scanners a bit slow.

I love this printer! It was easy to set up wirelessly and works in all my devices, including my iPhone. The print is crystal clear. I can’t believe how fast it prints. I haven’t set up the fax yet, but so far everything is great about this printer!

A very good printer and value for money. I had to return it though due to some personal reason, but would definitely buy again when I need it.

This printer worked well, as all Brother printers I've used in the past (it's my go-to manufacturer). The only thing missing was duplex scanning and faxing (it does do duplex printing though), so unless you need that extra functionality, this is a perfectly fine multi-function device and I'd recommend it.

Best all-in-one black/white printer for the money that I have found. I have bought 3 of these for various sites we own and they are very dependable and toner is not too expensive. Highly recommend!
