User manual only available as a download online version. Setup instructions very minimal. If this printer was manuf. after Oct. 2018 it will not accept/recognize any generic toner cartridges, only expensive Brother OEM types. Fairly complicated operating settings.

Don't scan both side, good quality for the price

No complaints so far. it gets the job done and i don't mind that it's black and white. Though i have not really gotten the time to really check it out. Due to covid19 and being an essential worker. My kids been reaping the benefits printing documents for virtual learning.

This is a fine product. Prints good quality prints . The only thing I would mention about it, is that it is slightly louder than my old brother printer when in the process of printing a copy. It is a minor issue and I would recommend this product to anyone.

Have had a few weeks now and a great copier- fast and accurate. The only issue is it does'nt always collate some multipage documents I send from my computer. For my use that is a small issue.

I love how the ink last a long time compared to the inkjet printers. The best part for me is when printing double sided, the printer flips the page on its own. A lot of good features, I would definitely recommend.

The all-in-one laser printer seems good. I have only had it for a certain amount of time. One thing that I would had liked to see is to have a USB cable that connects the all-in-one laser printer to the computer. That is not included in the package. Otherwise, its good and easy to use.

Can't lie, it wasn't easy to set up (wireless) however support worked with me and all is well and it works just as I wanted. Have had more than one Brother all in one and don't expect any problems. The brand is dependable

I need a printer that I can print from using my phone. I have a brother printer but none of them are wireless. I had plenty of cartridges for brother so why change.

Great budget printer. It has many features. The only thing I don't like is the small paper tray in the middle. It is hard to put paper there without it falling out or trying to print and printer encounters a no-paper error.

My initial purchase of a HP printer was a disaster. All up hill after I made the return and purchased a Brother printer. The return was no hassle and the HP cost was applied to the Brother cost. Sales people very pleasant and helpful.

Good quality for the price. Prints quickly can connect wirelessly but it works better using the ethernet cable connect to your modem. Software is easy to download. Scanning software easy to use

I bought this for my daughters dorm room in college. very durable and print cartridges do not need to be changed often. Recommended using a seperate cord (sold seperately) to connect printer to students computer. Wifi in dorms and apartment complexes can be spotty.

These Brother printers keep scanning & printing at work and in my home office. The toner has increased in price significantly over the earlier models (we can still get those toner cartridges for less….)

This printer is perfect for what I need. It only prints in black (I don't need color) and I can make copies. Have not set up for Fax or Scan.

Great quality and easy set up. Was in search of a Monochrome printer for basic day to day prints of documents. Used for Copies, print's and faxes.. no complaints. Wifi printing works great as well directly from a phone and laptop.

My HOA needed a laser printer to print newsletters and other documents periodically. We wanted one that was wireless and could scan, copy, print 2-sided and didn't take up a lot of space. This one met all of the requirements. It was easy to set up.

Still too new to know if the toner cartridge lasts as long as advertised, but the print, scan, and copy Functions have been perfect. So n Far. Much better than the HP it re!placed which had To be restarted all the tIme to Stay conmected to the home Network.

My previous printer was also a Brother Laser and I had problems with it from day one. After lots of research, I did decide to try another Brother Laser and what a difference! This printer is very user friendly and very functional.
