This is my first purchase of a Brother printer. It's operating as it should. So glad it is set up and ready to go.

It is a decent printer, the printer works fine. But the scanner doesn't work properly on mac, I haven't tried on windows. It is very hard to use the screen.

It works exactly the way it is supposed to. We brought it home istalked the print drivers and it is working great.

This printer is just what I needed to do the work at home for faxing, coping and printing. Its function work efficient and I am glad to have gotten it for a price that was below other prices in other stores I researched. Thanks Best Buy.

Does what I need. The cd for install is too old to use. The bluetooth setup after downloading the newer install worked better. Would like to know why these are made in Vietnam? I'm ok with that, just would like to know.

Tje machine works excellent. Had a bit of trouble with wireless connectivity. Everytime I was faxing, the internet went off. So, the machine is hard wired, no big deal. Great, reliable product from Brother, as always!

GOOD FOR THE PRICE, SET UP TOOK ALITTLE WHILE TO DO, WISH THE SCANNER SCREEN WAS ALITTLE LARGER. GOOD PRINTER FOR THE PRICE AND DO LIKE ALL THE EXTRAS.IT IS LIGHT WEIGHT AND HAS A SMALLER FOOT PRINT THAN THE OLD ONE WE HAD.

Very nice printer but i had to order it since it is not a standard stock item. prints two sided, has very efficient eco-mode and shuts down and starts up with a print order from computer. Good buy

Outstanding machine. Resolution of print is second to none. This all is also prints acceptable photos within the body of text. A 2x3 photo with wrap around will make a document shine.

The printer came with a faulty toner cartridge tray. It would not print both side of the paper without getting jammed each time. Had to return and find another printer

If all you need is something for simple printing with no color and constant replacement of ink, this is the product for you. It was simple to set up and a cost effective solution to the small amount of printing that we do on a regular basis.

I returned this product bc the employee never ordered it to the store for me. Otherwise, could have been a great printer. Bough a Cannon about a month later instead due to in-store availability!

I purchased this printer last month and so far no I have no problem. I have MFC L5 series in my office but since I am working at home a little downgrade is fine. You need to read the manual though as the functionality is different from other series.

I really like this printer. The setup was a little tricky but I got it. I did get frustrated once because I got a "memory full" error that made no sense, but overall I am happy and the ink seems to be lasting. The Best Buy agent that advised me was very helpful.

Faster than the previous version; hopefully will last as long. Have to guide the top load scanner when scanning more than 10 pages seems to be the only issue but may improve the longer i use. Overall I would give it an A-

Good printer. We bought the exact one on Amazon two years ago and needed a second but Amazon price went up. They are both good, but this one the scanner jams all the time and the other one never does.

The Geek squad walked me thru the installation on my New Computer as well as my New brother Printer and it works phenomenally by the walk-thru by an experienced tech. thank You Geek Squad.

Bought this for my new shop / office. Had a little WiFi issues with a couple of Windows machines, but not with the iMac, so I went wired. Love the printer and the autofeed works so well with the scanner & copying

Fast, crisp printing. The only thing preventing me from awarding this five stars is because the "scan to pc" command is somewhat clumsy. Each time it takes a different series of steps at the user interface. Otherwise - a great printer/copier/scanner.

I’ve bought HP & Epson inkjet printers & been so disappointed with the ink supply. The cartridges ran out of ink so fast. My friend told me to get a laser printer. So I bought a Brother laser all in one. So far, so good.
