Unable to reconnect. Driver downloads do not work. U able to connect via wifi. I now have a $250 piece of unusable junk. But doesnt matter, this version no longer available. Set up sucks!!!!

excellent printer; fax doesn't work

Despite sending to businesses, I receive busy or poor line connection messages both day and night. I have checked all connections multiples times. I have been having email communications with the company but it is time consuming and at this point, not helpful. It might solve the problem if I could talk to someone but that is not an option.

After spending 3 hours uploading drivers, reinstalling software, etc, the wifi on this machine does not work. The only way the machine works is to plug it into computer. I would return it but I need the MDF function. Sadly I cannot recommend for wifi.
