It meets all of my expectations that I was looking for, to would work from home I feel like I am actually working from an office.

This printer does what it is intended to do. It is quick and set up is simple. Needed this for a home office so black and white works fine for this purpose but didn’t pay close attention when purchasing and was surprised when I realized it didn’t print in color. Again, this was not an issue for me but if you need color printing, this is not the printer for you. I have noticed that when scanning, the image comes out a bit off and not straight. It is not a huge deal but can be annoying when it is something you have to share for work. I have tried messing around with the feeder and it seems to just be the way it pulls in the paper. Overall, it does what I need it to and is decent for the price.

So far happy with performance and quality, a replacement to a much older Brother laser printer. I like the wireless connection, and scanning multiple pages from feeder is quick and improved. Only complaint is it consumes a lot of power at startup (more than last LP), could not be on same circuit as computer as the surge would kill computer, battery backup could not handle, lights would flicker. Had to route power cord to adjoining room / less used circuit, use the wireless print feature.

To date, I have used the copy, scan, fax and automatic feeder functions...they all work perfectly. The printer is very quiet and easy to use...I am very happy with this purchase.

Finally got a printer that consistently works! I gave up color and only need B/W. Like the cartridge too!

The Brother laser jet printer installed with ease. Using it is simple. I’m delighted with it.

This printer won’t give you any trouble when u need it to work. The set up process was easy. The WiFi set up was little bit annoying but I got it to work. The print on these is superb

Easy set up. No problem with it yet. The only thing of course is that you need a landline if you’re looking to fax.

The product works perfectly. I had issue with it at first but this is due to the operator. Would like to have had the instructions on how to download the app so as to xomplete scan backs, but with the call to Brother, I was able to sownload everything I need for my machine to function up to par. Thank you and as Notary Signing Agent this product was much needed and is much appreciated.

My typical issue with a lot of printers and printer reviews is they ignore the awful software drivers that often come with the great hardware. This printer had simple "get-the-job done" software installs and drivers and auto-feed hopper on the color scanner. The scan resolution looks good without creating huge files. I liked the simple configurability to get 300dpi color scan with auto-straighten. While slow compared to my $8,000 Xerox DocuCenter, this printer was under $200 and I can easily lift it and carry it in my 2-door convertible to an expeditionary work session at a hotel breakfast nook.

Product great. BB Service meh. The printer works as its supposed to. Ordering was fine. Employees at the store were not helpful.

Does what we want when we want and at a fair price. Makes life easier. Our last one lasted nine years.
