Very good wifi printing once you get it set up. Setting it up seemed way too hard for me. Lack of a paper operators manual was also a hindrance. I almost gave up on it, but somehow magically it finally worked with my computer over wifi. I still don't know how to change the darkness etc of the prints, though. Seems well built, glad not to have liquid ink that needs replacing, just think the whole software aspect was very troublesome and extremely frustrating.

So far the printer has done all that I've asked it to do.

Purchased Brother all-in-one laser printer. Curbside pickup a few hours later. Installed the printer at home according to a few simple instructions with no additional hardware required. Everything (print, scan & copy with auto feed) worked well. Has not install FAX function yet due to located far from existing phoneline and don't expect to need to FAX.

I like the brother printers. They are easy to use and set up.

I bought this printer MFC-L2710DW when it was delivered the woman reach down on my porch and drop it 1st. red flag the packing was great after I took it out of the box I inspecting it for damages 2nd flag. their were mere marks on the sides the window had scratches on it little window this printer was suppose to be new but it's used.So am taking it back and complain about the condition it was in 3rd red flag. the customer service was very bad they put you on hold for a long time I waited 48 mins before I got someone try to speck to the manager is like pulling hens teeth.

The printing is fast enough , but paying $200 for a scanner/printer, the buyer should get better scanning features. This machine won't let you do 2 sided scanning and can't "add a page" in pdf files. An example of this is a 20 page document that I tried to scan yesterday. I'd like to scan it as 1 document, and name it as something such as : Lancer report. It will only scan each page as a separate file. Clearly a flaw in my opinion. I wish I had known this before buying. I would have picked something else, such as an Epson, which I know does that. i've used an Epson to do this and added 50 pages to the file with no problem. A scanner that can't scan a 2 sided document as 1 file is a waste of money. What a waste. Even scans are harder to do with this. With a cheaper model, all you have to do is hit the scan button and it will ask you where to send the file to and scan. With this one, you have to open a utility from the computer to do the task. Certainly more time consuming.

its pretty cool laser printer its just I wish toner was cheaper on std like $29.99 and 54.11xl but I will still recommend it I mean ups use this printer its got killer fax machine that I like but still recommend if u do heavy duty printing and wish the images drum was cheaper too

This is a really good printer. Its not for color, but is very reliable and easy to set up. Also, love the laser printing. Very clear and there is no ink packets to mess with. I bought this one for my sister after having used it myself for about 6 months.

This printer is fantastic, works great, and super easy to setup. Most of the negative reviews here have to do with wifi problems. If you don't do it right the first time you're gonna have a bad time I only wish they make a color printer for the same price

This is like a return to the 1990's. Won't print, won't print, won't print. I had an HP printer for years and years with NO problems until it gave out on me 6 months ago. HAD to buy one under pressure. Went to Best Buy. Sucker walkin' in. Got this Brother MFC-L2710DW and have had it for months. Sucks. I hate this piece of junk. Wish I had made a better decision.

Set up 2 weeks ago. So far, so good. I have no idea how I connected the wireless function. But, who cares?!

Quick printer and scanner. Have not been able to fax anything as yet.

There is an odor from the printing pages and the paper tray is too smsll

Very disappointing. I will replace with something else at some point. Main problem is the poor quality of the printing which is worse than my Brother $49.00 inkjet printer. By A Lot. Its not that the quality isn't excellent. It is not even good. You don't need to compare it to another printer's product side by side. It is obvious immediately and I was sent brand new toner but that didn't fix the problem at all. I was in an office that had the same printer and I asked to see a document that the printer had produced and just like mine, it was very poor. Also, faxes can be very slow to send or receive (not a big deal). What is a big deal is that the machine sometimes won't receive incoming faxes at all even when you have it set on "fax only." Never mind the number of times things get jammed in the machine, the poor quality of the printing alone would make this a bad choice. I don't know why people would rate this 4 or 5 stars. Jack of all trades, but mediocre at everything.

Nice machine and it was a great buy for the money
